Research On The Development Of Campus Football And Its Countermeasures

The General Office of the State Council has released the“Overall Plan of the Development and Reforming of Chinese Football” on 16 th,March,2015,in which the developing direction of Chinese football has been indicated.As one way to educate the students,Campus Football Association should be implemented in all directions.Especially for the campus football characteristics primary school,and we should pay more attention to it.For better completion and building a solid foundation of the Football Revitalization,which is the important task of“Developing Sports,Building Sports Power”.All the schools have to carry out this plan with all their strength to get the aim of educating.This paper is written from the experiences of the domestic experts and scholars of football,on the other hand,adopting literature data method,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method etc.,taking 2015 to 2016’s He Ze city campus football primary school(a total of 21)as the research objects,making an in-depth analysis on the development of soccer activities in primary school football and its countermeasures,which concluded:1.He Ze campus football is developing at a very positive trend.Even campus was just been talked relatively late,the Football association in He Ze has been built in a good shape,this association has held two league football matches between He Ze schools,and the league football match in Mu Dan District in He Ze.2.These schools in He Ze are lack of the teachers who majored in football.But the ones who are in the school are well-educated and at a young age,with a large developing zone.The thing is that there are not enough training in football coaches,while in the aspect of judge they are well trained.3.The establishment of the campus football in He Ze has had a really positive effect,which pointed the role of the whole thing.The students can master lots of knowledge about football via training.Trough the studying and training,they predominated basic football skills,not only their physical quality has been significantly improved,but also had a positive impact on the surrounding area of campus football development.4.There are two ways in the development of campus football characteristics for primary school,one is basic develop mode,another is advanced develop mode,this mode mainly included three methods to train the teenagers in He Ze,they are School & Enterprises,Schools and Parents,Clubs in Schools.These three methods promote the football developing at different extents,in which the School & Enterprises has get a really high achievement.5.Different learning contents to different students from different levels.The students in Level 1 are taking football as a game.The students in Level are really learning some skills and practice the basic skills.The students in Level 3 are learning some diversified skills of playing football.It is really obvious that girls are getting less and less through these three levels.6.There are three problems in the process of developing campus football.They are overcompetitive,weak football culture construction and not enough long-term funding support for the coaches.According to the problems in the development of campus football,some suggestions are given as follows:1.Establish a long-term mechanism for the development of campus football,build all levels of league in the promotion of football at the same time,holding the "President Cup","Mayor Cup" and other campus football events,in order to promote the development of campus football and local football.2.To increase the popularity of the Football Festival or Football Week.The aim is to deliver the good effects of football to all the students.3.To balance training and learning.The aim is to promote the interests of the student,improving not only their study but also their training,which will benefit both sides.4.To form a Coach Paid Guidance Mechanism.The aim is to let coaches and students go out and learn,so that the follow-up development of campus football will become more dynamic and more energetic.
