Research On The Bottleneck And Breakthrough Of The Development Of Football Characteristic School In Xinxiang Primary Middle School

Henan Province as the most important province in the central region,the Campus football development level is in the leading position in the country,and the number of football characteristic schools ranks the first in the country.Among them,Xinxiang is one of the best developed cities in Henan Province,at present there are more than 100 football featured schools,ranked third in the province,has a better performance in Henan Province and the national competition.In the new era,there are still some bottlenecks in the development of football characteristic schools in Xinxiang primary middle school,it needs to be optimized in many ways,will help junior high schools in urban areas to make breakthroughs in football schools with characteristics,greater progress has been made.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,investigates and analyzes the development of 17 junior high school football schools participating in the mayor's Cup in 2019 in Xinxiang City,summarize the bottleneck faced by the development of football characteristic schools in Xinxiang primary middle school,at the same time,it puts forward some suggestions to help the junior high school in the city break through the existing bottleneck,to provide guarantee for the healthy development of schools with football characteristics,help them to break through the bottleneck,further improve the position of the football characteristic school of Xinxiang junior high school in Henan Province,achieve greater breakthroughs.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are finally reached:1.In addition to the guarantee,the implementation of other policies in Xinxiang primary middle school is good;the football equipment is relatively perfect,but the area of some schools is small;the football teaching,training,competition and extracurricular football activities have been normalized;the number of football teachers is common,the introduction and utilization of social forces are not very good,and the participation of social forces is single Parents support students to participate in campus activities.2.The bottleneck of the development of the football characteristic school in Xinxiang primary middle school mainly lies in the following aspects: Lack of football ground,which increases the hidden danger of activity safety;the old and backward teaching mode,which ignores the individual differences of students;Lack of professional teachers restricts the participation of campus football;the prominent phenomenon of job burnout affects teachers' enthusiasm in Teaching;the lack of participation of social forces,which makes it difficult to form a joint force of resources.3.The future development breakthrough of football characteristic school in Xinxiang primary middle school includes: many measures to solve the problem of venue and reduce the occurrence of injury accidents;promoting the reform of teaching mode,paying attention to differences and teaching according to students' aptitude;providing teachers through various channels to form a reasonable teaching team;training teachers in various ways to optimize their professional survival status;guiding social forces to participate in To cultivate multiple participants.
