Research On The Bottleneck And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Junior High School Football Activities In Lanzhou

On March 16,2015,the general office of the State Council issued the general plan of China's football reform and development,which put forward the overall plan for the first time from the national level for the development of football projects.The fifth part of the plan puts forward specific requirements from the aspects of playing the function of campus football education,the popularization of campus football,how to build the league system and the training of teachers.Therefore,how to develop campus football will become a hot issue.In this context,the development of campus football activities in Lanzhou has a strong voice,and junior high school,as the middle section,plays a connecting role,its development directly affects the overall development of campus football activities in primary and secondary schools in Lanzhou.By using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes 12 junior high school football characteristic schools in Chengguan District,Qilihe district,Anning District and Xigu District of Lanzhou City as the objects of investigation and analyzes the development of junior high school football activities in Lanzhou City,and finds out the bottleneck hindering the development of junior high school football activities in Lanzhou city Factors,and give reasonable suggestions for the development bottleneck.The main conclusions are as follows:1.At present,there are 96 schools with football characteristics on campus in Lanzhou,of which 65.6% are featured primary schools,while only 32.3% are featured junior middle schools.The sharp decrease in the number of characteristic junior high schools leads to the mismatch between the development of primary school and junior high school campus football,which has become one of the bottlenecks in the development of junior high school campus football activities in Lanzhou.2.Lanzhou junior high school campus football characteristic school area distribution is uneven,Qilihe district and Anning District Campus football characteristic junior high school is less.And because of the policy of small promotion,it leads to the problem of students' orientation,which makes some excellent football students in primary school unable to enter the junior high school with characteristics of football school qualification,continue to receive training,which has become the second bottleneck of development.3.The problems existing in the current junior high school football characteristicschools in Lanzhou are as follows:(1)the lack of football class hours and the single form of extracurricular football activities;(2)the lack of professional football teachers and the uneven level of teachers in each school;(3)the lack of cognition leads to the prominent contradiction between learning and training;(4)the small site area,low safety factor and incomplete equipment;(5)the imperfect competition system;and the insufficient investment in funds;(6)The propaganda of campus football culture is not enough.These factors become the third bottleneck of development.4.The Countermeasures for the development of junior high school football activities in Lanzhou are as follows:(1)gradually increase the number of junior high school characteristic schools,reasonably distribute them in each region,formulate special incentive policies for the students with special football skills to go to school,allow them to go to school across regions,and broaden the access path of junior high school students;(2)create new football classroom teaching mode,and enrich the forms of football extracurricular activities.Strengthen the teacher training system,improve the professional ability of football teachers;(3)improve the cognition of students,parents and managers,and strive to solve the contradiction between learning and training;(4)strengthen the construction of the safety performance of the site,and share the surrounding site resources;(5)increase the investment of funds,and improve the school football league system of primary and secondary schools in Lanzhou;(6)implement the development mode of school football with characteristics of "combination of sports and teaching" To further deepen the popularity of campus football activities and promote the campus football culture in all aspects,so as to promote the effective development of campus football activities in Lanzhou junior high school.
