Research On The Development Strategy Of EU Higher Education Integration

In the 1950 s,the process of European integration began to emerge in the economic field,and it began to appear in the field of education until the 1970 s.With the development of political and economic integration,the integration of education,especially the integration of higher education,has gradually been put on the agenda of European countries.In order to promote the further development of higher education,the EU has released a series of policy reports and plans.The integration of higher education plays a vital role in the establishment of a united,competitive,internally cohesive,and more openly Europe.At present,China is in the critical period of the development of higher education,the difficulties and challenges in the development of higher education in China make us have to go to the international to find some successful experiences for their own development.Therefore,the study of the development strategy of EU higher education integration has some reference significance for the development of higher education in our country.This paper mainly analyzes the development strategy of EU higher education through literature research,comparative research,case analysis and historical analysis.The integration of EU higher education is divided into four historical periods: budding period,foundation period,progressive period and strategic core period.With the development of the historical period,the process of EU higher education integration has been deepened.The main part of this paper is to analyze the integration of EU higher education integration strategy is divided into quality strategy,international strategy and fair strategy,and then separately elaborated on each development strategy adopted by the policy and published projects and plans.In addition,after analyzing the three development strategies of EU higher education integration,also sums up the successful experience of EU higher education integration development.At the same time,also analyzed the challenges in the development process of encountered.Finally,the successful experience of the three strategies for the integration of EU higher education can provide some reference for the development of higher education in China,mainly in the field of higher education quality,rationally deal with the challenges of internationalization,optimize the allocation of higher education and higher education regional cooperation and so on.
