| purposes:As the vibration of the emerging sports training training,has been widely used now,a lot of coach in the training way to strengthen the athletes’ muscle strength,improve the balance ability of athletes.The author conducted the study,there are mainly two purposes: the first is to explore and discuss when the vibration frequency at the same time,the athletes’ physiological indexes and basic quality will be how to change,to a significant boost in the form of vibration training basic qualities of modern swimming athletes,to find a most suitable for swimming athlete fitness training to improve the vibration combination;The second is to explore and discuss the best interventions for the vibration training of swimmers.To provide theoretical support for sports coaches and scientific researchers for the safety and reasonable use of vibration training instruments.methods: On top of the vibratory training platform,the trainer can schedule and urge the athletes to conduct a certain amount of vibration intervention training during training.The monitoring of the physiological indicators of the trainer’s heart rate through a real-time monitoring system;Using measuring instruments such as the ZuoWeiTi proneness to training the basic indicators such as physical strength,balance,and in order to get the index data as the object,through the SPSS statistical analysis tools matching T test,etc.,to obtain the corresponding results.results :1)compared to no vibration training group,training group vibration is the influence of various physical quality index,showed more obvious difference,therefore,compared with the traditional exercise,vibration training can better improve the physical qualities;short distance swimmer 2)the athletes’ lower limb muscles can be improved better when the vibration frequency is 30 and 40 Hz,and the specific improvement rate can be 11.60% and 10.50%.3)the flexibility of athletes can be improved significantly when vibration training is 20 Hz and 30 Hz,and the rate of improvement can reach 25.14% and 28.69%.4)on the vibration frequency of 20 hz and no vibration training group,when the vibration frequency of the vibration training to 30 hz and 40 hz,the athlete’s heart and lung function can get a better reinforcement,cardiovascular system can get better optimization,specific efficiency can reach 8.41% and 11.19%;5)in improving the composition of the athletes,the vibration training cannot achieve the more remarkable results.6)after the test of different vibration frequency of the vibration training for athletes after the influence of balance,the influence of knowable from strong to weak order,in turn,is a collection of vibration frequency of 20 hz,vibration frequency for a group of 30 hz and the traditional training,frequency of vibration as a group of 40 hz;7)in terms of lower limb muscle strength,cardiovascular fitness and balance ability,when the vibration period is 6 weeks,can happen very significant impact: in 6 weeks for the cut-off point of vibration training,athlete’s lower limb muscle strength after the cutoff point,the increasing percentage,balance and cardiopulmonary function can be in after the cut-off point,the percentage of diminishing,the systolic and diastolic pressure will be after the cut-off point,produce irregular change.conclusions:in general,vibration training can improve the flexibility and balance ability of short distance swimmers when the frequency of vibration is low and low.when the vibration frequency is at the middle and high level,the vibration training can significantly influence the strength of the athletes and the cardiopulmonary function.For a swimmer,six weeks of periodic vibration training is effective to improve the athletes physical cycle,but there are some exceptions,such as flexibility,the longer the training cycle,it can improve the effect of the more significant. |
