The physical training of swimmers should be arranged according to different swimming postures,and closely combined with special techniques to improve the athlete's specific physical ability.At present,the physical training methods of swimming athletes can not meet the functional demands of different special swimmers.Therefore,how to carry out advanced combination design for the physical training methods of different swimming events in different swimming positions is a problem worth studying.Based on the physical training methods of swimmers,this paper carries out advanced combination design to provide diversified training methods for swimmers of different projects,and provides a good method for improving the interest of swimming practice among different groups of people.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,observation and logical analysis,this paper makes an analysis and study on the principles of advanced combination theory,the principle of design follow-up,the advanced perspective and the contents.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The concept of the advanced,combined and advanced combination of the physical design of the physical training methods under the swimming field is defined.Advanced refers to the process of gradually changing the difficulty on the basis of the original training means when designing the swimmer's physical training means;the combination refers to the design of the physical training means for the swimmer,based on the original training means,Two or more training methods are used;advanced combination refers to the design of physical training methods for swimmers.Based on the original training methods,two or more training methods are used,and the difficulty is gradually increased.2.The advanced combination design of swimmers' physical training means should follow certain principles,including safety principle,specialty principle,balance principle,load superposition principle,differential treatment principle and gradual principle.3.The advanced perspective of the swimmer's physical training can be reflected in the following dimensions:(1)the number of support points;(2)the size of the support surface;(3)the adjustment of the moment;(4)the properties of the support surface;5)the number of limbs involved in completing the movement;(6)introducing the concept of time;(7)increasing the load to increase resistance;(8)increasing the range of motion;(9)transforming from static action to dynamic action;(10)anatomical surface From single to multiple;(11)decomposition action to complete action;(12)addition of proprioceptive nerve.4.The basic physical training methods of swimming athletes were designed from five points of view: pushing,pulling,rotating,flexing and stretching,and on this basis,some advanced steps were made.5.The advanced combination design of swimming athletes' physical training methods was carried out for different swimming postures.The basic actions of the butterfly stroke include the two-handed medicine ball,the dive bomber,the prone ATVI,the elastic belt,the lateral stretch,the elastic band,the straight arm stroke,the training bench butterfly,the dynamic hip bridge,the early morning flexion,the medicine dome Hip and elastic band hip joint bending;backstroke basic movements include alternating rubber belt pull,supine up and down alternate water,supine up and down arm,crab walking,supine body,reverse plate,shore back support;breaststroke basic movement including training stool Breaststroke mimicry,elastic belt chest bird,shore arm support,prone breaststroke leg,high turn,prone foot heel clip ball,elastic band side shift,in-situ foot jump,elastic belt prone leg flexion,in-situ side kick breaststroke Legs,throwing medicine balls and breaststroke legs;crawling strokes include ups and downs alternately watering,one-handed raising against wall bouncing balls,swimming,prone-turning,body-lifting,Russian swivel,rubber band alternately holding water and flat support-Climb the swimmer.6.Based on the basic movements of each stroke,combined with the advanced perspective and combination of the swimmer's physical training methods,the corresponding advanced,combined and advanced combinations of multiple movements.
