The Significance Of A Set Of Carpenter Tools In The Field Of Anthropology

The things exist in a visible and tangible state,It is given a role such as a gift or a commodity.The items that show in front of us have life history like us,it can not only show a certain era,a social status quo,more vibrant to show the deep cultural content behind the items.This paper takes the tools used by the carpenter Hexige Bayar in the National Museum of Inner Mongolia University as an example.Do field work and collect relevant literature,using anthropological reciprocity principles?materialism?gift research and museums related research to explain the life course of carpenter tools.The object with the ravious communication process,at different times,with the location in different ways to shape and play a different role.This thesis is consisted of five parts:introduction,main body(the first three chapters),conclusion,bibliography,and appendix.The introduction mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic,the material culture research,the material culture theory perspective and the research method.The first chapter introduces Hexige Bayar and his carpenter's tool.In the second chapter,the paper discusses the meaning of the carpentry tool displayed in the National Museum of Inner Mongolia University from the perspective of material culture.In the third chapter,the paper analyzes the cultural heritage significance of the carpenter's tool displayed in the museum,the problems of the exhibits display method and puts forward some suggestions.In the appendix,the field survey questionnaire and the pictures in the field survey are listed.In conclusion,the author summarized own view based on the content of the thesis.
