With the development of the new curriculum reform,such as the development of tea,the new curriculum concept has gradually become popular among the people.Many examples show that teachers' growth is based on the reflection of daily teaching experience.The reflection of Chinese teachers' teaching reflection.The main body of this paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the teaching reflection of high school Chinese teachers under the background of the new curriculum.The first chapter,from the concept of reflection,systematically expounds the connotation and characteristics of teaching reflection,the content and significance of teaching reflection.The reflection of Chinese teaching refers to the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese language and the exploration of the rules.It has the characteristics of practicality,subjectivity,self-consciousness,criticism,creativity,implicit and development.The contents of the teaching reflection include the reflection of the textbook,the reflection of the teacher's teaching,the reflection on the study of the students and the reflection on the teaching evaluation.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,teaching reflection is not only the requirement of the implementation of the new curriculum standards,but also the way to improve the teachers' quality.In the second chapter,the author makes a questionnaire survey and interviews on the teaching line.Through statistics and analysis,we find that there are many problems in the current reading teaching reflection and the attribution analysis.In the third chapter,according to the problems and causes of the present situation of Chinese teaching reflection,the author puts forward the strategies to solve these problems from the following four aspects:teaching materials,teaching practice,student learning and teaching evaluation.Effect of reflective materials use fit including teaching objectives and reading materials and the development of students;Can the concept of permeability of reflective teaching in terms of teaching effectiveness of teaching process and teaching method is scientific and orderly;in terms of student learning including the student's reflection emotion transfer,process regulation,learning methods and learning results by strengthening the teaching evaluation;reflection can focus on teaching evaluation of targeted content and evaluation of the effectiveness.The fourth chapter,considering the social environment and time factor and individual characteristics will have an impact on the teaching reflection strategy,proposes to create a favorable external environment,to establish a scientific management system of teachers and improve teachers' self reflection consciousness,so as to ensure the effective implementation of teaching reflection.The purpose of this study is to study the theory and practice of teaching reflection at home and abroad.The present situation of the teachers' teaching reflection,and then find out the strategy of reading teaching for the high school Chinese teachers.A complete teaching reflection system for Chinese teachers.
