Background: In general,previous studies have shown that it will have a beneficial effect on brain plasticity and brain cognitive function whether it is an acute exercise or long-term chronic regular training.However,there are large differences between the results of each study.There are many reasons for these differences: on the one hand,the initial values of the subject's age,gender,response sensitivity,fitness,especially aerobic fitness are different;on the other hand,the cognitive concept is rich in connotation and broad in extension.Including perception,attention,memory,decision-making,planning,executive control,learning,knowledge,etc.,different indicators may have different degrees of response to exercise;the third is the exercise prescription itself,due to the exercise method,exercise intensity,exercise Duration,exercise intensity,total exercise,exercise frequency,and duration of intervention cycles.As far as the exercise prescription itself is concerned,the overall attention is less.Although some previous studies have been carried out,most of them have kept the time constant when observing the effect of intensity;or have kept the intensity constant when observing the effect of duration.These designs seem to be correct,but when the issue of exercise volume is ignored,it is difficult to explain whether the observed changes are caused by changes in exercise intensity(time)or different exercise volumes?These confusions or deficiencies have a certain impact on the formulation of accurate anti-aging and brain-education prescriptions.For this reason,the acute effects of different exercise loads on the executive control function of running exercisers were studied and observed.Objective: To compare the immediate impact of running exercise with different energy consumption(0-325 kcal,25kcal step)on the executive control function of the brain and the duration of its subsequent effects(45 minutes after exercise,100 minutes after exercise).On this basis,we discussed the effect of different exercise intensity(50% HRmax,60% HRmax,70% HRmax,80% HRmax)on the immediate effect of brain executive control function and the duration of subsequent effects under the same energy consumption.Methods: A total of 24 male volunteers were randomly recruited(18 in Experiment 1 and 6 in Experiment 2).Polar V800 was used to measure the energy consumption of the subjects during exercise.NDI-200(made by Shanghai Hisun Medical Electronic Instrument Factory)was used to nerve electrical diagnostic instrument for event-related potential tests.And Stroop Color-Word Test under E-Prime 2.0 stimulation environment to test brain executive control function.We used to test of overall cognitive ability with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale.It was used to test the event-related potentials immediately after exercise,45 minutes after exercise,100 minutes after exercise(reaction time,amplitude,latency,accuracy rate),and executive control functions(stroop response time,stroop accuracy rate).Results: ? In terms of performing control functions,consuming 175 kcal to200kcal can shorten the discrimination reaction and increase the accuracy rate immediately after exercise.The beneficial effects of 225 kcal consumption can last for45 minutes.From the trend point of view,the accuracy of the reaction remains stable at 100 minutes,and there is still a tendency to shorten the reaction.? In terms of cognitive function,running sports that consumes 200kcal-275 kcal can effectively improve cognitive ability,which is manifested by shortened reaction time and increased accuracy.Is its internal mechanism due to increased amplitude and shortened incubation period,but the duration Above 45 minutes,below 100 minutes.The running effect of running sports with low and medium energy consumptioncannot last for a long time.Running sports higher than 300 kcal consume more during exercise,which is not conducive to recovery after exercise,the volatility is reduced,and attention resources are reduced.(3)In the case of consuming the same amount of energy consumption,the execution control ability after moderate to high-intensity exercise is improved,which is manifested by the shortening of the reaction time,the increase of the reaction accuracy rate,and the beneficial effect can last for 100 minutes.?In the study of energy consumption such as exercise with different exercise intensity,moderate to large exercise de-intensity can bring more beneficial effects,mainly manifested in shortened reaction time,increased reaction accuracy rate,the internal mechanism is because of the amplitude Increased,the incubation period decreased,and from a trend point of view,the beneficial effects of exercise other than amplitude can continue until 100 minutes after exercise.Conclusion: Running exercise that consumes about 200 kcal can effectively improve executive control and cognitive function,and this effect can last for 100 minutes.In running sports that also consume about 200 kcal,moderate to large exercise intensity can effectively improve executive control and cognitive functions,and the beneficial effects can last for 100 minutes.
