Conflict coping style refers to dating couples unable to meet their own needs and interests,or unpleasant situation due to the couple's different characteristics,preference orientation,ideology,and take response measures after cognitive evaluation on the situation or event and relationship with each other.Recently,scholars have studied the conflict coping in intimate relationship,and the classification and investigation of conflict response have become more and more abundant.However,the study of the conflict of coping with college students is still in the stage of development,and the study of improving the level of satisfaction with the satisfaction of the conflict is also being explored.From the perspective of coping style of college students,we choose 400 students from Shanghai Normal University,Shanghai University of Applied Technology.The relationship between conflict coping and intimacy satisfaction was discussed by using the "Confict Coping Style Scale" and " The Relationship Assessment Scale".Then,the group intervention method was developed with the cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical background to verify the effect of group intervention on improving college students Couples conflict coping with the effect of the way,and ultimately enhance their level of intimacy.This study mainly includes two aspects:Study?:Using “Conflict Coping Style Scale” and “The Relationship Assessment Scale” to investigate the coping style,the satisfaction degree of intimate relationship and the differernce in demographic variables among college students,and examine the relationship between the two.Study?:According to the results of a survey study,cognitive behavioral therapy for the theoretical background to develop community intervention programs,taking experimental design experimental and control groups,an assessment of the results of the intervention be taken before and after the test and random interviews to order test whether group intervention is effective.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.In intimate relationships,College couples are more likely to engage in voice in problem solving,and then followed by exit,neglect and loyalty.Current college couples intimate relationship satisfaction are at a moderate level.2.There are significant differences in the variance of population variabilityamong coping styles of college couples,among which there are significant gender differences in exit,loyalty and neglect.There is also have a significant length of relationship difference in the degree of intimacy satisfaction.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the coping style and the intimacy relationship satisfaction,and there is a significant negative correlation between the exit and the neglect dimension and the close relationship satisfaction.The voice and exit dimension have a significant predictive effect on the level of intimacy,which has a positive predictive effect on the satisfaction of intimate relationship and has a negative predictive effect on the satisfaction of intimate relationship.4.Group counseling through cognitive behavior can effectively improve the intimacy of college couples.The above conclusions validate the influence of conflict coping style on the satisfaction of intimate relationship,and also explore the effect of intervention program with cognitive behavior orientation on improving the counseling of conflict coping style and enrich the related research of intimate relationship of college couples.
