Classroom unexpected emergency is caused by the teacher,student,or environmental factors in the process of teaching,there is a certain influence on teachers' teaching and students' classroom learning,even surprised teachers,it is uncertainty,complexity and sudden.Master the countermeasures to deal with emergencies is very important for primary school teachers,especially novice teachers need more relevant guidance.In order to understand today's primary school teachers how to deal with all kinds of classroom unexpected emergencies,and evaluate and considerate solutions of classroom unexpected emergencies scientifically,this research chose is novice teachers and master teachers as research object,through empirical and theoretical research to understand the elementary school teachers' classroom emergency processing status,compared to students and teachers to deal with emergencies,class difference,find the deficiency of elementary school teachers to deal with emergencies,provides gist and countermeasures for improving procession of novice primary school teachers' classroom unexpected emergency.The first chapter mainly divides into three parts,namely the thesis research background,research plan and literature review.The second chapter,from the theory research,on the basis of the elementary school classroom incident to carry on the theoretical framework,this paper elementary school classroom emergency types,processing methods,various influence factors of processing and primary school classroom emergency countermeasures evaluation index.The third chapter expounds the design process of primary school classroom test emergency situation,including the research object,research contents and research methods,etc.The situation case analysis to select the four types of classic situations,respectively is teachers' problems,learning problems,external interference and class transactions,and analyze from the classroom emergency handling educational,rationality and accept three aspects,aims to understand the elementary school teachers how to deal with different types of classroom unexpected emergencies,found differences of classroom emergency treatments between novice teachers and master teachers,lay the foundation for put forward novice primary school teachers' classroom emergency countermeasures.The fourth chapter on the basis of the analysis of the results of the study,sums up the current primary school teachers to deal with emergencies problems existing in the classroom,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of novice primary school teachers' classroom emergencies,and points out the shortcomings of this article.
