Classroom is the main place for teachers to carry out education and teaching practice,the cornerstone of basic education and the main way to achieve quality education.Primary school classroom emergencies will not only attract students' attention and affect students' learning,but also disturb classroom teaching order,interrupt teachers' teaching plans,and ultimately affect the quality of classroom teaching.With the new curriculum reform entering the critical stage,it is an important way to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching to improve the primary school teachers' understanding of classroom incidents and improve the level of primary school teachers' response to classroom incidents.In this study,three novice teachers in a primary school in Z city of Henan Province are taken as the research objects by case analysis,interview and observation Taking three types of classroom emergencies as examples,"teacher error" and "external interference",this paper analyzes,studies and probes into their coping styles,problems,causes and strategies in dealing with classroom emergencies.The results show that there are some problems in dealing with classroom emergencies,such as mechanical coping style,improper coping time,lack of education awareness,weak emotional control and so on.Lack of knowledge reserve,limited teaching experience,lack of student-centered awareness,lack of reflective awareness,and poor psychological quality are the reasons for these problems.Therefore,in order to improve the ability of novice primary school teachers to deal with classroom emergencies,novice primary school teachers should enhance knowledge cultivation,pay attention to experience accumulation,establish student-centered awareness,adhere to teaching reflection and cultivate good psychological elements Quality.
