As the newly emerging force of teachers,primary beginning teacher through the complete system of education,owning rich teaching ideas and professional knowledge and good teaching vision,is an important force in the future development of the school.However,in the actual teaching,when face the complex classroom management problems,they often can do nothing but nail-biting.The research object is beginning teachers' classroom management.By the methods of questionnaire and interview,it investigates,analyses and summarizes the present situation and problems of the primary beginning teachers' classroom management.Then,on the basis of analysis of reasons from two aspects of internal and external,it tries to put forward practical countermeasures,in order to improve the present situation of classroom management of the primary beginning teachers,and enhance the classroom management ability of the primary beginning teachers.The thesis consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance and methods.The second chapter is literature review.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,it defines the concept of beginning teacher and classroom management.And,primary beginning teachers' classroom management is defined,too.Also,it studies,analyses and summarizes the current situation of classroom management,the elements and the problems or difficulties of primary beginning teachers' classroom management.What's more,theoretical basis is Teacher Concerns Theory,Glasser Reality Therapy Theory and Habermas Communicative Action Theory,providing the theoretical basis for the study of primary beginning teachers' classroom management.The third chapter is the study on the theory of primary beginning teachers' classroom management.It constructs and detailed states the elements of classroom management of primary beginning teacher.It is made of four aspects of teachers' self management,classroom routine management,classroom problem behavior management and classroom environment management,providing dimensions of research for the investigation of the present situation.The fourth chapter is the study on the current situation of the classroom management of primary beginning teachers.Through the methods of questionnaire and interview,it summarizes its current situation,and analyses the existing problems of it with tabulation and pie chart.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures of classroom management of primary beginning teachers.Based onthe analysis of the factors,it try to put forward a series of feasible measures from two aspects of internal improvement and external support.
