With the further deepening of the basic curriculum education reform,classroom management has been emphasized from the teacher-centered,classroom management that emphasizes the teacher's control of students and the maintenance of teachers' authority.The classroom management has been emphasized to train students' selfmotivation and to cultivate students' creative new classroom management.Looking back at the existing research,the researchers focus more on the classroom management of mature teachers in the city.They pay less attention to the new teachers in rural areas.The new teachers themselves are less capable than mature teachers,while in rural areas,new Teachers are not effectively trained,so that the methods they use in classroom management are relatively backward,and there are situations in which management concepts are lagging and management methods are inefficient,which affects the quality of teaching in rural areas.This study selects the classroom management of new teachers in rural areas as the research content.Taking the new teachers in the rural primary schools in C District as the research object,using the relevant theories of education and psychology,using the literature method,observation method and interview method,the rural elementary school in C District.The analysis of the status quo of new teachers' classroom management,through the analysis of different schools,different disciplines and different age groups,found that the classroom management of new teachers in rural areas has the following problems: First,the relationship between new teachers and students is not harmonious;Second,the concept of classroom management is outdated.Third,there are fewer organizational activities and a single classroom management method.Fourth,new teachers pay attention to explicit rewards and punishments,ignoring implicit incentives.Fifth,ignore the role of the environment in classroom management.The author explores the causes of the status quo and aims to help new teachers improve their classroom management.In order to help new teachers in rural areas to better use classroom management,the author intends to make recommendations from schools and teachers.First of all,from the school perspective,first,the school improves the training of new teachers;second,to achieve home-school communication;from the perspective of teachers themselves,first,we should strive to enter the students' hearts and build a good teacherstudent relationship;Second,clear classroom management concepts,cultivate students' self-management ability;third,integrate classroom management strategies to improve the effectiveness of teaching;fourth,use a variety of management methods to mobilize students' enthusiasm;fifth,focus on classroom management reflection,timely Selfimprovement;sixth,pay attention to classroom environmental management,thus edifying students' sentiment.
