The Effect Of Life Review Therapy On The Self-esteem And Life Satisfaction Of The Elderly

Of this study was to understand the life review group on the self-esteem and life satisfaction of older adults endowment institutions two effects,this study result can provide reference in the clinical treatment of model improvement.In this study a pension institutions of the elderly as the research object,based on a pretest,forecast,informed consent,the team members to allocate for the experimental group and control group,two groups of number are consistent,both for eight people.By researchers as a group leader,the experimental group accepted by researchers design life review group activities,for five weeks,once or twice each week(every 60 to 90minutes);After the activity,the experimental group and control group after the completion of the synchronous measurement,and track measurement inJanuary.Research tools for basic information table,self-esteem scale,life satisfaction scale.Research results show that the experimental group members in life review group,compared with before did not attend,their self-esteem and life satisfaction of changing parameters(increase self-esteem and life satisfaction)were superior to control group,and group members in a group,their self-esteem and life satisfaction have significantly increased.Based on the practical research and analysis,the author thinks that life review panel to self-esteem and life satisfaction in the elderly pension institutions have a certain effect.
