Researches home and abroad support exercises' positive effects on mood,self-esteem and life satisfaction,however,there is no scientific basis for guidance.The point of this study is to explore the relation between different ways of physical exercise and psychological benefits of exercise.This study is in the state of nature without any intervention.Two projects on the mountain and dance exercises conducted a follow-up survey of six months.Questionnaires are sent on the beginning,one,three and six months in the survey.And horizontal and vertical analysis inspected the effects of two different projects on the mountain and dance exercises on the physical self-esteem,self-esteem,life satisfaction and the mood.First,by comparing the results of 102 exercisers,multivariate analysis of variance results showed that exercise history and the project of exercise have a significant main effect on the psychology.This analysis provides the basis for follow-up analysis,which will regard the exercise as a covariate.Then,from the perspective of the number of exercising colleagues and exercise projects,43 exercisers of the first part are conducted in a follow-up investigation during six months.Changes in the psychological variables are analyzed in repeated measurements analysis of variance, and the comparison of profiles in mood is also discussed.Significant effects of exercise projects are showed in the subjective physical sense, physical and social self-esteem,the mountain exercise prior to the dance exercise.In the group of mountaineering,exercisers are divided into the number of individual,collective or irregularly,a significant main effect on social self-esteem is showed,the individual lower than the collective and the irregularly.From the horizontal and vertical perspective,the research discusses the exercise projects and the number of exercising colleagues' effects on the physical selt-esteem,social self-esteem,genera(?) self-esteem,life satisfaction and mood.The research explores the psychological effects of exerc(?)se to provide scientific guide for the exercisers in the future.
