Research On Safety And Risk Prevention In Primary Sports

Through analyzing the background and causation of security problem in the pupil sports, the purpose of this study is to put forward system of Risk Prevention. Based on the methods of document,logical analysis, the questionnaire, the expert interview, the observation and the statistics,The results indicate the concept of safety and composition of safety system in primary Sports;It is studied the theory analysis for the risk prevention based on assessment the various risks in the pupil sports, and discussed the risk origin and structure. This paper chose the 52 primary school in Taiyuan to do the investigation of physical teacher in these schools and make interview of some of them, then we got the following results by data statistics:(1) The risk origin of pupil sports is mainly from four aspects which is teacher, student, environment and school management. Teacher risk has three dimensions of teacher's experience, skill and self-management; student risk includes two dimensions of student's action risk and self-preservation risk; physical exercise risk consists two dimensions with playground risk and apparatus risk, and besides that, there also is school management risk. In one word, the pupil sports identification is a dynamic and continuous process, and many complex and potential risk have to make many times identifying to accurately detect.(2) The assessment of pupil sports is adopted the taxis method and pareto method. Former is the comprehensive experts evaluate method based on risk possible occurring and consequence seriousness with adding the risk controllability. The latter is according the way of risk frequency and accumulative percentage to search the main risk of it. The risk origin of pupil sports is still from four aspects which is teacher, student, environment and school management. Teacher risk includes teacher's experience, skill and self-management; student risk includes two dimensions of student's action risk and self-preservation risk; physical exercise risk consists two dimensions with playground risk and apparatus risk, besides, there also is school management risk.(3) In the pupil sports, risk of student, teacher and environment are interrelated and interact on each other, but the school management is the most important factor of all. Sometimes, teacher and student elements and environment elements interact as both cause and effect. Environment unsafe condition can cause the unsafe action of students and teachers; in contrast, unsafe action of students and teachers would aggravate the environment's unsafe condition, or would lead new unsafe condition appearance. However, the management, an essence of the security problem, which exists the risk would make students' and teachers' unsafe action badly and destruct the environment.(4) The precautions of pupil sports risk could hold from two parts: risk prevention and risk transfer. Risk prevention make up of enhancing the school security management and teacher-student security education. The teacher must have correct thought of teaching, and risk consciousness and responsibility in education, and Strengthen skill continuously.Risk transfer method mainly used the insurance, which means get all losing such as finance lost diverted to the insurance company to play its role.
