Cooperative learning is a creative and effective teaching condition is widely adopted by many countries in the world,in improving the social psychological condition in the classroom,improve the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,to stimulate students' learning motivation,improve learning efficiency and learning achievement,promote students have a good non-cognitive quality and remarkable effectiveness and is widely used in teaching practice.From the needs of social development and our college physical education professional track and field training reform needs to start in the track and field training teaching cooperation teaching experiment.In this research use of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment,Chengdu Institute of Physical Education physical education professional 2013 class track and field students as the experimental object.(1)by using the cooperative learning model in track and field teaching,hurdles,sprint,javelin three technical projects of the experimental group and control group skill evaluation scores compared with significant difference(P<0.05),but compared to the experimental group and the control group three project standard results not shown the difference.(2)there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the non cooperative learning model(P<0.05).(3)cooperative learning can improve students' cooperation consciousness and cooperation skills before the experiment,all the students recognized cooperative skill is the ability to each person and they can realize the importance of cooperation,is willing to cooperate with others,but not willing to bear the extra work in cooperation,but also not too sure of cooperation can produce effect.After the experiment,the fourth groups,the third groups and the group of students in the cooperation of the technical ability to enhance the range of 45%,44% and 31%,respectively,the number of students in the group of second.The mode of cooperative learning and the traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the performance of students,and cooperative learning in improving technology,strengthening teaching skills,cultivate students' cooperative skills and promote the interpersonal relationship coordinated development effectiveness significantly.Through the special preparation of teaching practice,the students in the experimental group have strong learning motivation,enhance students' cohesion and cooperation consciousness,make the students teaching design and teaching ability to effectively exercise.Cooperative learning,personal goals and team goals together with team achievement as the mainevaluation and reward basis,creating positive interdependence cooperative learning situation to cultivate students' cooperative consciousness and skills,promote the healthy development of interpersonal communication and improve students' social adaptability.
