As the cradle of cultivating talents in China,responsible for the construction of our socialist modernization,influenced by the family planning policy,the current college students in Colleges and universities in China with one child,their self-care ability and social ability is bad,loose,lack of self-discipline,often self-centered,lack and the communication and communication ability,such character traits are often difficult to integrate into the society,therefore,to improve college students' ability to adapt to society become the education experts and scholars and the problems need to be solved.Track and field as an ancient and traditional sports event,has the function and effect of improving the physical quality of the human body and cultivating good will quality,but it lacks the corresponding theoretical and practical research on the influence of students' social adaptability.Cooperative learning mode is developed on the basis of psychology,pedagogy and sociology.It has the functions of improving student achievement,giving play to student's main role and cultivating students' Non intelligence factors.The combination of Higher Vocational Physical Education and cooperative learning mode,to explore the use of cooperative learning can improve students' social adaptability in Higher Vocational Teaching of track and field,to provide new ideas for the future of vocational training of track and field teaching reform and students' ability to adapt to society,contribute to the development of students' personality and sound personality,so that students to better meet the needs of society,realize their own value,is the important embodiment of quality education.This study adopts literature data method,questionnaire method,experimental method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,the use of the system design of track and field teaching in Colleges and Universities Based on the cooperative learning mode,2016 track and field class students from Wuhan Software Vocation College as subjects,65 people,10 weeks,20 hours of experimental teaching,and the experimental results were analyzed and discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The track and field teaching in the implementation of cooperative learning refers to the track and field teaching process,students in certain aspects of ability and achievement as indicators and basis of heterogeneity grouping and set the group learning task,highlight the "recent development zones" teaching characteristics between the members of the group to complete the task of learning through interaction cooperation,the efficiency and quality of the team to complete the task of learning tocarry out the assessment and evaluation of the team and team members,in order to promote learners to form good quality,promote an effective teaching model to improve the knowledge and ability.(2)From the view of the experimental teaching in higher vocational colleges,track and field teaching,whether it is conventional teaching mode or with the mode of cooperative learning can play a role in improving students' ability to adapt to society,but from the students' social adaptation effect and range to enhance the ability of perspective by using the cooperative learning model than using conventional teaching mode to carry out the track and field teaching,to have more advantages and effects,the ability of students of social development at the same time,students' learning adaptation to social identity to itself is higher than that of the conventional teaching mode of cooperation ability development.(3)In college track and field teaching,using cooperative learning teaching experiments,firstly,in the experimental process,need to restrict consideration of various controllable and uncontrollable factors,the need to expand the sample size experiment,experiment time need to extend as far as possible,in order to achieve the effect is more obvious,the effect of the experimental data and conclusions more realistic and scientific;secondly,before the experiment carried out,teachers need to be taught in the actual teaching content and students' combination of carefully prepared,to carry out targeted teaching,meet different students' learning needs and development needs;finally,in the process of teaching experiments carried out,with the decrease of students the interest and enthusiasm of the students,teachers need to constantly stimulate and remind.
