Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Professional E-sports Development In China

2016 professional e-sports development in our country for the competent ministries and commissions of the state has staged a series of supporting policies,and in 2017 established as the Asian games official competition projects,e-sports to professional e-sport in China has brought the good development opportunity.This study is based on the study of professional e-sports in China,including literature and comparative analysis.First uses the method of documents and materials of e-sports and first professional illustrates the related concepts of e-sports,secondly to represented by South Korea's domestic and foreign related research were reviewed,in combination with data for authority,analyzing the development of the professional electronic sports in our country;Using comparative analysis to our country professional e-sports and South Korea e-sports from human resources,industry,competition,management system four aspects to compare;Finally,combined with logic analysis on analysis results:(1)in human resources,large number of high level professional athletes and fast growth,compared to South Korea,backward training mode and income is not stable,professional coaches and referees team small scale,lack of professional certification system;(2)industry,professional e-sports industry in China has a huge consumer groups,and a certain scale of professional league,business investment from society,popular with venture investment,but compared to the South Korea industry innovation ability is insufficient;(3)tournament format,have been successful scale league events and professional league,the organization form of competition is relatively mature,scale development speed is quick,but the number and the scale of the event there is a certain gap with South Korea;(4)management system,many ministries to management is a professional electronic sports management system in our country reality,not reached between the competent ministries issued relevant policy coordination,completely compared with South Korea,relatively loose management system in our country.The conclusion is that professional e-sports in China are already profitable.China e-sports has already had the policy support of its professional development.There is a lack of concrete implementation measures to support the development of professional e-sports.The sports spirit embedded in professional e-sports is easily overlooked;There is a shortage of qualified and professional professionals.In view of the existing problems,the following countermeasures are proposed: the government will improve the concrete implementation measures as soon as possible and accelerate the implementation of the process.Strengthen the ethical construction of the industry and establish a good social image;We will specialize in e-sports majors in universities and cultivate diverse professionals.
