Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Extracurricular Sports Activities In Junior High School Students In Lizhou District, Guangyuan City

This paper takes the current situation of extracurricular sports activities of middle school students in Lizhou District of Guangyuan City as the research object.A variety of research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics were used to investigate the physical education teachers,students and parents of 10 junior middle schools in Lizhou District,Guangyuan City.Find the problem,and then explore the problem,and finally put forward some suggestions on the issue.So as to provide reference for Guangyu City Junior Middle School to carry out extracurricular sports activities,and provide research basis and data for junior middle school students' extracurricular sports activities in other cities in southwest China.research shows:1.School leaders,physical education teachers and students of extracurricular sports activities of higher recognition.Which the teacher group that is necessary to carry out extracurricular sports activities is much higher than the school leaders.Ninth grade students to carry out extracurricular sports activities of the degree of recognition is less than seven or eight grade.Parents have far less recognition of extracurricular sports activities than school leaders,teachers and students.2.Although the school leaders,teachers to carry out extracurricular sports activities are very high degree of recognition,but they carry out extracurricular sports activities,the degree of attention is not high,the proportion of the general attitude of the largest proportion of more than half.3.Teachers and students of extracurricular sports activities in the safety of a high degree of attention,but the actual security initiatives are not many.4.The school to carry out extracurricular sports activities in order to cultivate students' lifelong sports awareness and improve the examination of physical examination results,and students are entertainment and personal interests as the main motive.5.Students of the school to carry out extracurricular sports activities in general,and dissatisfied with the larger proportion.Leading students to not have too much enthusiasm to participate in extracurricular sports activities.Compared with the physical education,students prefer to participate in extracurricular physical exercise.6.The school to carry out extracurricular sports activities did not make a set of practical plans and programs.Students with special physical condition have a strongdesire to participate in extracurricular sports activities,but for their safety and conditions are not allowed,so the school in extracurricular sports activities for their special management.7.The school to carry out extracurricular sports activities in addition to the form of morning exercise,inter-class gymnastics,sports,class league is the form of spontaneous organization of students.Monday to Friday the school every day morning exercises,intercourse(in addition to adverse weather factors).8.Students participate in extracurricular sports activities of the duration of the "average daily exercise 1 hour" standard.There is a lack of teacher guidance in the extracurricular sports activities of the students,not because of the shortage of teachers,but the teachers do not fulfill their duties effectively.9.Students in the degree of participation in the project there are gender differences,boys like to participate in confrontational projects,and girls like the performance of difficult items.The school should raise the importance of extracurricular sports activities to create a good school sports atmosphere;the establishment of extracurricular sports activities rules and regulations,to fulfill the responsibilities of physical education teachers;the establishment of extracurricular sports activities rules and regulations,to fulfill the responsibilities of physical education teachers;Sports teachers,facilities and equipment;to improve students' satisfaction and participation in extracurricular sports activities;physical education teachers to strengthen the sense of responsibility,and earnestly fulfill their duties;according to the students extracurricular sports activities and preferences,to promote classroom teaching reform.
