Research On The Status Quo And Development Countermeasures Of Sichuan Disabled Badminton Team

The problem of people with disabilities is the focus of the world’s attention,the development of the cause of the disabled is also included in China’s "thirteen" development plan.Throughout the development of China’s disabled sports status,although the overall good results,but there are still some slow development of the project,such as the badminton,compared with other disabled sports the disabled badminton sport has long way to go.In 2015,Chengdu held the 9th National Paralympic Games successfully,Meanwhile the disabled badminton will be the first time in 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games project,the state and provinces and cities began to attach importance to the development of badminton sport on disabled.Sichuan Province experienced the shock of the world in 2008 "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake and 2013 "4.20" Ya’an earthquake,resulting in the number of disabled people in Sichuan Province ranks first in China,the disabled people still suffer from the community,discrimination,All kinds of unfair treatment.This article takes Sichuan disabled badminton team as the research object,collected nearly two provincial disabled badminton tournament information,and The author interviewed in the Sichuan Province badminton team coaches,athletes,provincial Paralympic referee,and the provincial CDPF Propaganda Department interview to get related information.The research was carried out by collecting literature knowledge and applied with the comparative analysis ways and ther useful methods.The purpose: Studying the current situation of the badminton team,we can find out the problems faced by the team,put forward constructive solutions,provide a reference for relevant policies,develop guidelines and promote the disabled in Sichuan Province badminton business to adapt to the national development trends.The result: Sichuan Province disabled people badminton team are facing the following problems: the government pays little attention and funds;unscientific management system;lack of training base,lack of reserve talent and coaches;lack of actual combat experience because of less competition,the athletes live without social security.Development measures: 1.To find ways to broaden the sources of funds to increase their own financial reserves;2.Focus on the construction of sports team management team;3.Call on public sports venues to provide more barrier-freefacilities,increase the city(state)training base;4.Strengthen the coaching team set up,attach importance to scientific research and learning;5.Establish a scientific selection mechanism to cultivate reserve talents;6.Regularly held various levels of events,to promote practical experience learning;7.Strive to sound athletes support system in line;Badminton to promote the establishment of a sound network of publicity platform.Conclusion: 1.From the recent two Sichuan Paralympic badminton tournament,it is gradually to the good development trend.2.Sichuan Province,the disabled badminton team lack the appropriate facilities and equipment,management mechanisms,the Government should strengthen and improve the team to face the above shortcomings.3.The team is facing a new and old shift,in order to adapt to the development of the international situation,the provincial disabled is vigorously re-build the team.4.The government has invested heavily in sports for the disabled.Most of the money was used in the Paralympic Games which ignored the existence of badminton.The fact of badminton will soon become the Paralympic Games project in 2020,began to be the attention of government departments which then appeal them to strengthen the team selection,promotion and publicity.
