Research On The Evaluation Index Of Professional Quality Of Personal Trainers In Chengdu Fitness Club

The industry,which has been introduced by personal trainers as a need for fitness,has received great popularity in this century.But in the process of rapid development,there are many problems that violate the original purpose of the personal coaching industry.The author carried out the research of the professional quality evaluation index of the personal trainer of the Chengdu health club.In this paper,we study the literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and Delphi method.The results are as follows:(1)The professional quality evaluation index of the personal trainer of the Chengdu health club is composed of 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 33 tertiary indicators.(2)Three level indicators in the evaluation index layer classification sort,for professional quality at the first level indicators,the index of the second floor for the moral quality,the third layer of indicators for the physical quality.The weights were 0.6512,0.2259,0.1129.(3)Professional quality for Chengdu fitness club private coach evaluation index of main professional quality,professional quality which include knowledge reserve,service skills,teaching,and professional qualifications.And the importance of each index is different,from high to low in the knowledge reserve > instruction to > service skills >.(4)The moral qualities of Chengdu fitness club private coach part of professional quality evaluation index,while the weight is not high,but it is still valued by some member.It contains two content,one is the value idea,the second is the moral character,the moral character is the weight above the value idea.(5)The smallest weight body quality,but also need to be evaluated from two aspects of appearance shape and body function,and appearance shape weight is far higher than that of the body.
