Research On Improving The Evaluation Index System Of Practical Training Teaching Quality In Private Y College

The practice of the new higher educational development concept,the adherence of the market-oriented and employment-promoted running direction,the strengthening of production-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation,the promotion of the new energy development and industrial upgrading,the further deepening of reform and innovation,the faster development of modern vocational education,all these have significant influences on producing lots of advantages of human and talent resources in our country and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the real economy.Private higher education will play an increasingly important part in the vocational education.At the same time,private colleges are in the key developing period of seeking quality and connotation.In order to develop their features,they must focus on teaching quality and carry out reform and development.Under this background,through literature method,survey method,experience method and quantitative analysis method,this paper takes Y College as an example,makes the evaluation index system of practical training teaching quality as the starting point,and analyzes the current situation of relevant personnel,indicators,running conditions,etc.in the evaluation index system.Thus,we can find out the main problems and reasons in the system,find specific ways to solve problems and establish a system with the teaching characteristics of the applied private college for Y College.Based on PDCA Cycle,Y College should form continuously improving completely closed cycle,multiple evaluation evaluation,and scientific and effective system,therefore promoting the practical training teaching quality and helping to achieve the reform and sustainable development.
