Construction Of MTA Training Quality Index System

With the rapid growth of world tourism,China's tourism market has also entered a stage of rapid development,the prosperity of the tourism market has brought a large number of demands for tourism talents.However the tourism market in our country at present the current situation of the talent demand and supply outstrips supply,at present our country tourism basic depends on the output of the high-end tourism talents academic graduate students and a few doctoral student,in order to solve the tourism market of talent supply situation,approved by the state council degree committee in March 2010 set up the tourism management master's degree(MTA),and in September 2010 by the state in 2011 the national graduate student enrollment plan,by 2018,the MTA education has been set up seven years,in the seven years to make a lot of progress,colleges and universities,by the first 57 It now has 94.The establishment of MTA further improves the training system of tourism talents in China and effectively optimizes the structure of my master's degree in tourism.The former academic type only focuses on the research of theoretical knowledge,while the professional MTA opens up the way for the cultivation of tourism application-oriented talents.However,from the overall feedback,the quality of tourism talents is not satisfactory,the main problem lies in the training link,now more than 90 colleges and universities have different training mode,so this paper will study the construction of MTA training quality index system.The quality evaluation index system for master students is formulated according to the training objectives of master students.The quality management concept is integrated into the master's training process,and scientific evaluation criteria will be used to develop indicators.For the construction of MTA culture quality evaluation indicators,this study is based on the current 2018 MTA's second eligibility assessment,defining the relevant definitions,as well as the tourism professions of Europe and the United States,representative MTA institutions in China.The status quo of postgraduate training was analyzed.The purpose was to find out its cultivation characteristics,and to transform the cultivation characteristics into the factors influencing the quality of quality,and lay the foundation for the construction of the index system in the following text.The production evaluation index system is modified and improved by Delphi method,and then the data is collected by questionnaire,and the weight of the index is assigned by using the Litte five scale analysis.Finally,the index system will be produced for the MTA of the Capital University of Economics and Business.authenticating.The purpose of this paper is to propose a path to improve the evaluation of MTA training in China.It is mainly divided into four aspects: one is to establish a unified evaluation standard;the other is to ensure the evaluation cycle of a virtuous circle;the third is to expand the impact of the assessment and reluctantly the MTA benevolence of each university.The awareness of competition;the fourth is to establish a vertical comparison of assessments to ensure a steady increase in the quality of education.If the MTA can have its own evaluation index system in the future,it will have important reference value for promoting MTA education reform in each school.
