Free combat is a sport item that the athletes use a variety of elements,Battle of wits,increasing,fighting project in the established rules.As one of the basic physical qualities of the fighting athletes,the strength quality has important influence on the success or failure of Free combat athletes.In this paper,the author uses the method of literature,tracking writing-method,experimental test and mathematical statistics.As assistant coach,track the strength training of five elite male athletes,in order to improve the strength quality of Free combat athletes,and lay a good foundation for the national games qualification and final.In this paper,the following conclusions are put forward:1.According to the type of strength,the winter training is divided into speed strength,maximum strength and strength endurance,of which the speed force training new prone lower limb push,Swiss ball push-ups,do Leg exercises on the tire,unlimited function Resistance and Leg exercise;The new item of strength endurance training is to turn the tire,fu and Hydration Packs,and move the compete.No increase in the maximum strength training.2.The strength training arrangement of the athletes during the winter training period is as follows: the speed force shall practice 2 times per week according to the load strength of 30 %-50 %,and six groups and above exercises,each group of exercises and relax shall not exceed 1 minute;The maximum strength is 70 %-80 % of the load exercise 2 times per week,3-4 groups and more exercises,each group of exercises and relax is not more than 2 minutes;endurance acts 1 to 2 times per week for 60 % to 70 % of load,4 for each time,1 to 2 minutes for each group of exercises and relax.3.The muscle weight of athletes is increased with the addition of GSL,the increase of body weight;Body fat percentage and body mass index were normal,and body composition assessed as normal or overweight was overweight.4.The speed force,maximum force and strength endurance data of the selected athletes showed significant difference or very significant difference in the contrast t test before and after the winter training,indicating that the speed force,maximum strength and strength endurance of the athletes can be significantly or very significantly increased during the winter training..Recommendation:1.The introduction and design of advanced technology and instruments at home and abroad for the special strength training of Sanda,especially the introduction of the most power training related instruments and systematic training of athletes;2.Introduce the equipment and equipment for the lumbar and lumbar muscle group training,and develop the training means and methods to improve the strength of the lumbar and lumbar muscle group strength.3.Strengthen the quality of strength,at the same time,pay attention to the balanced development of strength and other physical quality;At the same time coordination of physical,psychological,technical,tactical,intelligent comprehensive development;4.Adopt a variety of means in the preparation section and end part of the training course,such as games,football and suitable music.The active atmosphere,improve the training enthusiasm,reduce the boring and monotonous of the training.5.Strengthen the management of athletes and improve the self-discipline ability of athletes.
