Research On Some Problems Of The Strength Training Of Men’s Freestyle Wrestling Athletes

Based on a survey of China’s men’s freestyle wrestling athletes training, focus on strength training method,strength training content, strength training period, strength training load and strength training monitoring problems. The results show that:(1) China Men’s freestyle wrestling athlete strength training methods mainly for whole body strength training and upper limb of the absolute strength training(more than 80%), the speed strength of the lower extremity and functional strength training of the very small proportion, and the strength tests show, the same lateral flexion and extension muscle strength difference significantly(P < 0.05).(2) The strength training content has the oxygen training proportion to be few, the high intensity anaerobic training primarily, however, the training effect is worth thinking. The Wingate anaerobic test shows that power loss rate is 63.21 ±5.86%, significantly higher than the foreign excellent athletes(43.20 ±5.30%). At the same time, there was an interaction effect between the maximum oxygen consumption and the power loss rate on the exercise level(Eta2=0.893, P = 0.503), and the maximum oxygen consumption was negatively correlated with the decrease of the power(r =-0.684, P < 0.05).(3) From the point of view of the characteristics of annual training, the strength training period of freestyle wrestling players is reflected in the traditional theory of Matwejew cycle, and it performances out of the morphological characteristics of tectonic cycle theory in specific stages of training, but it does not accord with the content and the time, which has developed the more movement ability or the quality in the content, also is longer in the last time.(2-3 months).(4) According to the statistics of the strength training load, whether it is the maximum strength training, or rapid strength or strength endurance training, the strength of the area is more than 70%RM. However, the muscle strength test and the shoulder joint velocity test(0 degrees /s and 180 degrees /s) of the key wrestling athletes in our country showed that the training effect is not ideal.(5) The monitoring of strength training often ignores the relationship between different power quality. This study shows that the maximum strength and fast strength of the project athletes showed significant interaction(Eta2=0.587, P=0.076). At the same time, the study found that the different forms of strength of the practice of monitoring is relatively inadequate, often only focus on the habit of the greatest strength or speed.Conclusion:(1) In the strength training method, first we should pay attention to the choice of body parts; the second is to strengthen the practical application of the new training methods, such as functional strength training; third is to pay attention to the effectiveness of the training methods.(2) Strength training should be increased the proportion of aerobic training, the maximum oxygen consumption and power rate of decline in highly negative correlation, indicating that when the aerobic capacity is stronger, the lower the power rate is, the stronger the ability of the athletes to maintain the ability to continue to fight, which is particularly important for the athletes of the project.(3) The arrangement and application of the plate cycle is worth improving or trying. At the same time, because the content design and implementation of the strength training period are not in conformity with the implementation, therefore, it is an important task to strengthen the training plan and implementation.(4) High intensity strength load proportion of content did not bring significant changes in the power capacity, power loss rate is still above fifty percent, and according to the test of the force table and the action of the key players before and after the training, the force time curve is changed, but it is not significant. Therefore, the proportion of high strength training needs to make timely adjustments.(5) There are interaction effects on the development of sports performance among different power forms, and the effective auxiliary function of functional strength training has been gradually confirmed. Therefore, the rational collocation of different forms of strength training and monitoring is another problem of strength training of athletes in the project, which has a significant effect on the prevention of sports injury.(6) Studies suggest that men’s freestyle athletes should connect coordination of training objectives and methods to the transformation of the strength of the quality of practice, the dynamic structure and power of load, the aerobic synchronization and strength training and monitoring.
