The winter training period is the most important part of the annual training program.The difference in the training situation of athletes during the winter training period has a significant impact on the athletes' performance.For the Shaanxi Taekwondo team,the Taekwondo project is preparing for the 2021 National Games.Therefore,several winter trainings before the National Games have become the top priority.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the strength training process of athletes of Shaanxi Taekwondo team during winter training,and to test the strength of athletes before and after winter training,and to analyze whether the strength of 15 athletes before and after training has improved significantly.The purpose is to find suitable The method of strength training of athletes in Shaanxi Taekwondo Team provides a theoretical reference for improving athletes' athletic ability and further improving athletes' performance.In this study,15 men's Taekwondo athletes from the provincial Taekwondo team were investigated.The main research methods are: literature data method,expert interview method,test method,mathematical statistics method,etc.Among them,the test method is mainly used,and Shaanxi Province before and after winter training.The 15 men of the men's Taekwondo team tested the maximum strength,rapid strength and strength endurance.The test results are as follows:(1)The coaches have more training for the maximum strength of the winter training period.The maximum strength training during the preparation period is arranged at least 3-4 times a week.The training content is mainly based on the deep training and semi-squat training in general strength training.Lord,in the intensification period and the improvement period,although the training ratio of the maximum strength has been reduced,the overall maximum strength training is still one of the most important contents in the winter training period strength training program,and the relative strength of the athletes before and after the winter training is found to increase.0.053 kg,and the P value is 0.005,indicating that the maximum strength test results of the 15 athletes before and after the winter training have very significant differences,and the maximum strength of the athletes has been greatly improved after the winter training;(2)In the rapid strength training of the winter training period of the ShaanxiTaekwondo team,in the preparation period,the training of the single leg method is the main content.The coaches adjust according to the situation of each individual on the basis of the big plan.The single leg method has been strengthened,especially in the training,the combination of general fast strength training and special fast strength training,using single leg deep diving practice,continuous knee stretching practice,weight-bearing fast half-turn And other methods,and these methods can better develop the rapid strength of athletes.After the winter training,it was found that the average number of knee lifts of the athletes increased by 1.6 times,and the average value of the athletes' long jumps increased by 0.48 meters.The athletes' performances before and after the winter training were significantly different,indicating that the athlete's rapid strength has been developed to a certain extent;(3)During the winter training period strength training,the coach used a 3-minute combined leg practice,a 3-minute continuous single-leg training,a 3-minute double-flying practice during the march,and a 2-minute continuous cross-kick exercise during the exercise.The athletes are required to train.For athletes who do not meet the standards,the coaches will arrange individual training for the athletes in the evening.One-on-one or one-to-many counseling will be conducted.It is found that the number of high-lifting legs of the athletes after the winter training is increased before the winter training.2.2 times,after the winter training,the total number of double-playing kicks of athletes increased by 1.9 times,the number of scores increased by 1.5 times,and the P value was less than 0.05.There was a significant difference before and after winter training,indicating that the strength endurance of athletes after winter training has been improved to some extent.Suggest:(1)In the early stage of winter training,the coaches should make long-term strength training plans for the specific situation of the athletes,and reasonably arrange the athletes' maximum strength,rapid strength and strength endurance training ratio to better ensure their athletic ability.At the same time,targeted training guidance should be given to the individual characteristics of athletes;(2)In the training program of this winter training,many leg method connection techniques are all planned by the coaches in advance,the athletes lack initiative,but passively accept,the coaches should pay attention to create opportunities for the athletes and train the athletes to respond quickly.ability;(3)After the winter training,the maximum strength,rapid strength,strength endurance and pre-winter training of the 15 athletes are less than 0.05,indicating thatthe athlete's strength and quality have improved to some extent,but the athlete's psychology was found during the investigation.The quality and self-protection awareness have yet to be improved.I hope that the coaches can arrange more psychological training and individual training in the training class;(4)It is recommended that the coaches continue to use the previous rapid strength training methods,and can introduce different training methods,activate the classroom atmosphere,and improve the enthusiasm of athletes.In the maximum strength test(squat)results,using relative strength to analyze,the average relative strength of 15 athletes before winter training is 1.125 kg,and 1.78 kg after winter training,there is a significant difference before and after,indicating the maximum
