ObjectiveAlong with the medicine pattern transformation, nurse’s scope of work is constantly expanding, and there is a study shows as ordinary nurses job burnout detection rate is as high as 41.9% at home. As clinical nursing teaching teachers, dual role as teachers and nurses, added a few pressure source.Mainly include: the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between nursing students with the patient, nursing students the safety of the operation and the updating of the knowledge structure, etc. Under the condition of the pressure source to increase clinical teaching for teachers’ job burnout level changed,there is domestic research literature. Therefore, this research to the teaching hospital of the clinical nursing teaching sense of teachers’ occupational tiredness and influencing factors were investigated, To prevent or alleviate clinical nursing teachers’ job burnout.MethodsThis research adopts the research methods for the descriptive cross-sectional study. Using convenient sampling method, two third rate of municipal general hospital of 184 clinical nursing teaching teacher since fill out questionnaire investigation.The questionnaire included:(1) The nurse general information questionnaire to collect basic information of clinical nurse teaching;(2) the Maslach and Schaufeli revised MBI- GS scale understand the teaching of the teacher’s job burnout degree. All data entry and analysis using SPSS13.0 software package, Statistical methods are: descriptive statistics, t test analysis, all inspection are bilateral, P 0.05 or less is considered to have statistical significance. interview with is practice nursing students and the recording is analyzed.ResultsGeneral situation: A total of 184 people, the participants age of 26-42; The average age of nursing> 8 years; Marital status is given priority to with married,(married people to 152, accounting for 82.61%; unmarried is 32, 17.40%).Culture is given priority to with college degree(technical secondary school of 24(13.04%), college is 116, accounting for 63.04%; undergraduate to 44, 23.91%).Job burnout situation: current situation of clinical teaching teacher job burnout feeling for: job burnout sense 23 people, accounting for 12.5% of the total; mild burnout of 82 people, accounting for 44.57% of the total; severe burnout of 20 people, accounting for 10.87% of the total.In the process of this questionnaire, this study also interviews with 113 nursing students in clinical practice,there are 46 clinical practice nursing students to clinical teaching of the teacher’s teaching methods are not satisfied, don’t think learn comprehensive knowledge, 43 intern shows poor teacher teaching attitude, hard to communicate, 24 clinical teaching intern teacher said a lack of patience.ConclusionThis study of clinical teaching teacher’s job burnout positive rate was 87.5%,Among them is given priority to with mild-to-moderate job burnout;Effect of clinical teaching teacher job burnout of the top three reasons as follows: Teaching work make time pressure increases、Workload is too big 、 Afraid of responsibility for the student discrepancies.Clinical teaching nurses job burnout situation is serious.
