Education is a kind of cultivate people’s social activities, teachers’ work is a complex mentallabor. As a kind of social class, teacher is a complex mental labor. All aspects in the educationteaching process to withstand the pressure, make teachers work harder, could lead to theteachers’ mental energy excessive consumption in the long run, the presence of emotionalexhaustion, and job burnout. Teachers job burnout has become a threaten to health, studentsdevelop and the development of education enterprise in our country.The external performance of teachers’ job burnout phenomenon is low efficiency,impotence, emotional exhaustion and so on. The school use material reward, more time is notmobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, on the contrary lead to compare to each other, betweenteachers and even cause the interpersonal conflict between the teachers. Motivation-HygieneTheory, is by the American psychologist, management theorists, Herzberg. The theory put thefactors affecting the enthusiasm of the people according to their different incentive function,divided it into health care factors and incentive factors, the core is to mobilize the enthusiasm ofpeople. Motivation-Hygiene Theory significance prominently manifested is in the comparableresearch object and it based on the analysis of teachers’ occupational tiredness can be found thatthe cause of teachers’ job burnout has bad working environment, the school democraticmanagement way, the school rigid inhibits, etc.Based on the two-factor theory, the following specific action could be taken to alleviate theproblem of teachers’ occupational tiredness, improve the teachers’ working environment, create aharmonious and relaxed working atmosphere; Delegate to the teachers, to the teachers’ workautonomy; To establish a diversified evaluation system, to create a fair and effective competitionenvironment, etc.
