To foster sustainable development of Athletic Reserve talents is a strategic problem in the development of athletics,along with the transformation of China's economic and social,track and field sports will be towards diversification,market-oriented direction.The "whole nation system",which has been running for several decades,is facing new challenges and opportunities.The cultivation of track and field reserve talents must be reformed and innovative in the new situation,so as to gain new impetus for sustainable development.Nearly 20 years of Hubei Province Track and field team to get good grades in the National Games,will directly lead to decreased performance of high level athletes in Hubei province sustainable development problems in the cultivation of reserve talents,only pay attention to the cultivation of reserve talents of track and field,in order to change the current situation of Hubei Province Track and field project.This paper takes the sustainable development as the guidance,using the factor analysis method,literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,starting from the present situation of Hubei Athletics Reserve personnel training system,combing the development history about Hubei and Shi Jincheng;through factor analysis,expert interviews and research results at home and abroad the analysis of the factors affecting the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei Province,the influence factors are divided into three factors,talent reserve talents external factors,political factors,and using the SPSS factor analysis that the effect of each factor is worth sorting;put forward a series of countermeasures,provide a useful reference for the sustainable development of Hubei Province Athletics Reserve talents.Research findings show that:Effect of the factors affecting the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei province value ranking from high to low is material,social factors,coaches,training personnel,from policy,training,management,economy,values,mental,family,competition,scientific research,personnel flow.Then they are divided into three major components,reserve talents,internal factors,reserve talents,external factors and political factors.In the external factors of the reserve talents,the selection of athletes and social factors have a great influence on the sustainable development of track and field reserve talents in Hubei province.At the present stage,most of the track and field reserve personnel in Hubei province are selected from the coaches' experience,and some amateur sports schools and sports teams adopt more scientific materials.Most of the athletes are lack of scientific knowledge.And the social status of athletes,facilities and hardware,engaged in sports training project population,popularity,national culture,education,medical level,media promotion and market development degree,is mainly composed of social factors.They are all important factors restricting the sustainable development of track and field reserve talents in Hubei province.The internal factors of talents,the athlete's level,athletes,athletes,athletes education effort,athletes training motivation is from the training part of these factors are affecting Hubei province Athletic Reserve Talents of sustainable development an important factor.In addition,values,participation,mental and family factors have an important influence on the sustainable development of track and field reserve talents in Hubei province.They are interactive and interactive.Among the political factors,economic factors,policy factors and management factors are important factors that restrict the sustainable development of track and field reserve talents in Hubei province.It includes the national economic strength,the state financial investment,social funds input,regional per capita income levels,athletes income levels,coaches income levels,national policy support and management system and other factors.According to the data processing after the results of the survey to study impact the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei Province,the high value of the six factors:material factors,social factors,coaches factors,training factors,from the policy factors,training factors.The present situation of these influencing factors in Hubei province is analyzed,and the reasons why they affect the sustainable development of track and field reserve talents in Hubei province are analyzed.At the end of the study,in view of the present situation in the investigation of problems:improve the level of scientific talent selection and training of athletes;enhance social status;strengthen training coaches to enhance the level of scientific research;coaches;perfect facilities and hardware;funds;improve the management of coaches and athletes mechanism.
