On Improving The Effectiveness Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education Under The Micricultural Condition

The development of network informatization has completely changed people's survival and lifestyle,and also changed the way college students interact and learn.Since the 21st century,the penetration rate of mobile Internet and mobile network terminal equipment has rapidly increased,advancing the process of the times and entering a new era-the era of microculture.To strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we must pay attention to the new changes brought about by the micro-culture to the cultivation of college talents,and actively achieve that the ideological and political education in the micro-culture will evolve with the times,advance with the times,and be updated with the situation to realize Fundamental task.The wide spread of microculture has brought a series of dynamic changes to the ideological and political education of college students.It not only broadens new horizons,creates new ways,and points out new directions for ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also brings some traditional ideological and political work.New challenges not faced by education.This study makes a concrete analysis of the related concepts of microculture and the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students through literature research.Through the questionnaire,we have an in-depth understanding of college students'perception of micro-culture and the use of micro-culture carriers,and mastered the evaluation of university students on the use of micro-culture carriers by ideological and political teachers and their overall evaluation of micro-culture.Analyzed the current rapid development of micro-culture in the opportunities and challenges for college students'ideological and political education,and pointed out the problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the current micro-cultural background from three aspects:educator,college student and educational carrier.Corresponding angles explain the causes of these problems.The emergence,rise and rapid development of micro-culture is a rare historical opportunity for ideological and political education of college students.We must seize the opportunity to better meet the challenge.Due to the unevenness of micro-cultural information,the limitation of college students' ability to think,the view of some educators not updated in time,and the insufficient attention of some universities,the authority of traditional ideological and political education has gradually been weakened,and the difficulty of information control in universities has increased..This study proposes targeted countermeasures from four aspects:college students,education team,education platform and campus environment,aiming to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students in the context of microculture.This includes:starting from the cultivation of media literacy,self-education consciousness,peer awareness,etc.to update the ideology of college students;promoting the educators to change their ideas,strengthening the micro-cultural training of the education team;using the micro-cultural platform to open up new ideas for ideological and political education of college students Stage;purify campus micro-cultural environment through campus public opinion supervision.In a word,under the micro-cultural background,the ideological and political education of college students must insist on advancing with the times,maintaining integrity and innovation,and achieving the goal of establishing a virtuous person.It is made for the cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors for the comprehensive development of the socialist cause contribution.
