Early childhood is a critical period of individual growth and development,as well as the development of basic human skills.The development of human action is a study of the changes by human action in life,and constitute the basis of behavioral changes experienced process and their influence factors.In this period,the growth and development of young children are very fast.3-6 years old children belong to preschool children,from the terms of physiological and psychological characteristic of the perspective of children aged 3-6 in muscle,bones,joints and intelligence are in the developmental stage.The body's growth and development,the formation of character and intellectual development and so on also in this stage.The stage of organs and systems the structure and function of development have become increasingly mature,physical fitness is also with the development of organ function and development.The study make a research of the kindergarten form the terms of environment of teaching the equipment,management and the teachers through the method of questionnaire survey.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,we can find the differences of the physical education activities in two kindergartens,such as teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching environment,teaching time and so on.In 2000,the Michigan State University Dale A.Ulrich,revised specifically for the development of children aged 3-6-evaluation of the basic skill of motor development test scale(Test of Gross Motor Development,referred to as TGMD-2).The content of the test is composed of two parts: the displacement test and the object control test the displacement test includes running,standing long jump,hop,step and jump,before sliding and side slide six test action,object control subtest includes stationary dribble,kick,hit the ball,hands the ball,fixed and grounder overarm six test action.TGMD-2scale has achieved good reliability and validity in a variety of different cultural environments,and has been widely used and studied in Taiwan and Shandong.In this paper,12 action skills test action in TGMD-2 were tested in the children aged 3-6 years old in Laiwu and Jinan area,get the score of each action completion score,and carries on the analysis and evaluation of the completion of the scores.By analyzing the data from 3 to 6 years old preschool children both basic action law of development,combined with the regional difference in school sports teaching activity,get the conclusion of The effect of kindergarten physical education activities on the development of basic motor skills of children aged 3-6 years,The results were as follows:(1)After the laiwu city and jinan two kindergarten of 3-6 years old preschool children basic motor skills development situation analysis:From the point of children's basic skill scores,jinan 3-6 years old preschool children's basic action development than 3-6 years old preschool children in laiwu city basic motor skills development;From the displacement of the combined object control skill score comparison,jinan the kindergarten 3-6 years old preschool children displacement action and object control skills development better than 3-6 years old preschool children in laiwu city development.(2)Through to the laiwu city and jinan school sports teaching activity questionnaire analysis: kindergarten teaching activities of sports,sports teaching content,teaching methods,teaching time,the organization form of physical education teaching activities and sports teaching environment are the main influencing factors of children's basic motor skills development.The contents of physical education teaching activities is one of the most important influencing factors.(3)Different ages 3 to 6 years old preschool children displacement action and object control ability increased with the increase of age,the development trend of the development of children's basic skill is getting better and better.From the point of the mean,the object control ability is average as children age increases;Average displacement movement is also increases with age;Basic skill score average also increases with age.Score standard deviation from the standard deviation,the object control at age 4,the less the discrete degree,child development best object control ability;Displacement scored lowest standard deviation at the age of five,the less the discrete degree,child development best displacement control ability;Basic skill score lowest standard deviation at the age of 4,the less discrete degree,children's basic motor skills development best.In kindergarten teaching activities,scientific,legitimately and effectively to carry out preschool physical education teaching activities,(teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching environment,teaching hours,etc),for 3-6 years old children stimulates the development of the basic movement skills.
