| The age of 7 to 12 is the critical period for children to skillfully use and differentiate their motor skills,and the fundamental movement skills of children will affect the development of this process.Further improving the motor skills and physical activity level of children in China has become a solution to the health problems of children in China.This study provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the future development of children in all aspects through the study of the internal relations and influencing mechanisms between various motor skills subcategories and different physical activity intensities.Research object: This study is based on the relationship among fundamental movement skills,physical activity and health related fitness of the students in grade 3-4 in beijing east road primary school.Research methods: The subjects were tested in three parts:(1)fundamental movement skills were tested by TGMD-3;(2)Physical fitness index test includes three aspects: body shape,cardiopulmonary fitness and muscle quality;(3)Physical activity data were collected by Actigraph w GT3X-BT human exercise energy consumption monitor.The collected test data are sorted,analyzed and discussed.The results show that there is a correlation between moderate and high intensity physical activity and displacement skills and object control skills,and there is a correlation between low intensity physical activity and object control skills.The fundamental movement skills and physical activity types of different subtypes have different correlations with the indexes of health related fitness.After analyzing the mediating effect,we get(1)LC-HRF-MVPA path,in which health related fitness plays a partial mediating role,and the mediating effect accounts for 20.8%;MC-HRF-MVPA pathway,health related fitness plays a complete intermediary role;MC-HRF-LPA pathway,health related fitness plays a partial mediating role,and the mediating effect accounts for 23.7%.(2)MVPA-HRF-LC pathway,health related fitness plays a partial mediating role,and the mediating effect accounts for 34.8%;MVPA-HRFMC pathway,health related fitness can play a complete intermediary role;Under the LPA-HRF-MC path,health related fitness plays a partial mediating role,and the mediating effect accounts for 14.5%.Conclusion:(1)The fundamental movement skills of tested children are generally equal to the overall level of health related fitness.There is a certain correlation between fundamental movement skills and physical activities,and this relationship will be reflected differently between their subclasses.(2)There is a certain correlation between health related fitness and fundamental movement skills and physical activities,and the physical fitness indicators representing various physical qualities show the factors that can affect children’s fundamental movement skills and physical activities through correlation.(3)Health related fitness plays a two-way intermediary role in the relationship between fundamental movement skills and physical activities;Cardiopulmonary fitness is the most important and mediating effect;Muscle strength and muscle endurance are the second. |
