| In recent years,the decline of children’s exercise ability has become increasingly prominent,which has seriously affected the healthy growth of children’s physical and psychological health.Through the research and analysis of children’s basic motor skills,scholars at home and abroad have found that basic motor skills are an important influencing factor for children to participate in physical activities,promote the formation of motor skills and form healthy behavior awareness.Studies have shown that there is a positive correlation between healthy physical fitness development and the development of children’s basic motor skills,so this paper will explore the impact of different healthy physical fitness interventions on children’s basic motor skills,so as to provide a new practical reference and theoretical basis for the development of children’s basic motor skills.In this paper,138 children aged 6-7 years old at Pudong Lingang Primary School affiliated to Shanghai Normal University were experimented with different health and physical fitness for 8 weeks,5 times a week,10 minutes each time.The four classes of the first grade are randomly divided into 3 experimental classes and 1control class,and the experimental class and the control class adopt the same teaching methods,teaching content and organizational form,and are taught by the author.The content of the 8-week intervention experiment(see Appendix A)revolved around the intervention of muscle strength and muscle endurance in healthy physical fitness,the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance,and the intervention of flexibility.Experiment 1 performs intervention in muscle strength and muscle endurance,Experiment 2 conducts cardiopulmonary endurance intervention,Experiment 3 conducts flexibility intervention,the intervention content of the three experimental classes is carried out in the basic part of the class,and the control class is carried out according to the routine of the primary school physical education syllabus(see Appendix B).The TGMT-3 test scale(see Appendix C)was used to score the pre-test and post-test data respectively,and the pre-test and post-test data were compared and analyzed after the experiment.Results of the study:1.After the experimental intervention,through the comparison of intra-group data,the intervention of muscle strength and endurance and conventional physical education have a significant role in promoting the development of children’s basic motor skills and object control skills(P<0.05),the intervention of muscle strength and endurance has a very significant role in promoting the development of children’s body movement skills(P<0.01),and conventional physical education has a significant role in promoting the development of women’s body movement skills(P<0.05);Through inter-group data comparison,the intervention of muscle strength and endurance had a more significant role in promoting the development of basic motor skills of women and children compared with conventional physical education(P<0.05),the intervention of muscle strength and endurance did not have a significant difference in the development of children’s body movement skills compared with conventional physical education(P>0.05),and the intervention of muscle strength and endurance had a more significant role in promoting the development of two-handed swinging sticks and fixed ball movements in female children’s object control skills compared with conventional physical education(P<0.05).2.After the experimental intervention,through the comparison of intra-group data,the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance and conventional physical education have a significant role in promoting the development of children’s basic motor skills(P<0.05),the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance has a very significant role in promoting the development of children’s physical movement skills(P<0.01),conventional physical education has a significant role in promoting the development of female children’s physical movement skills(P<0.05),the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance has a significant role in promoting the development of female children’s object control skills(P<0.05),and conventional physical education has a significant role in promoting the development of children’s object control skills(P <0.05);Through inter-group data comparison,the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance had a more significant catalytic effect on the development of basic motor skills in male children than conventional physical education(P<0.05),the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance had a more significant catalytic effect on the development of children’s physical mobility skills than conventional physical education(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance in children’s object control skills and conventional physical education(P>0.05).3.After experimental intervention,through the comparison of intra-group data,flexible intervention and conventional physical education have a significant role in promoting the development of children’s basic motor skills and object control skills(P<0.05),flexible interventions have a very significant role in promoting the development of children’s body movement skills(P<0.01),and conventional physical education has a significant role in promoting the development of female children’s body movement skills(P<0.05);Through intergroup data comparison,the flexibility intervention had a more significant effect on the promotion of basic motor skills in female children than in conventional physical education(P <0.01),the flexibility intervention has a very significant role in promoting the development of female children’s body movement skills compared with conventional physical education(P<0.01),and its significance is mainly manifested in the single foot jumping action and the side-sliding step action in the movement skill,and there is no significant difference between the flexible intervention in children’s object control skills and conventional physical education(P>0.05).The experimental conclusions are as follows:(1)Interventions in muscle strength and endurance can promote the development of basic motor skills in children;Compared with male children,muscle strength and endurance have a more significant effect on the development of object control skills in female children.(2)Interventions in cardiopulmonary endurance can promote the development of basic motor skills in children;The intervention of cardiopulmonary endurance was more effective in the development of basic motor skills in male children than in female children.(3)Flexibility interventions can promote the development of basic motor skills in children;Compared with male children,flexibility interventions have a more significant effect on the development of basic motor skills and body movement skills in female children. |
