Education is a permanent topic in a country with strong talents.Education should start from baby,Primary school education is an important stage of education,but the basic education of rural schools in our country are still at a disadvantage,their foundation is weak,their learning interest is not high,their parents do not pay much attention to,all these factors have become a stumbling block to the development of students.How to promote students to learn better?Bloom put forward the theory of "Mastery Learning",which aims to improve students’ learning performance through diagnostic tests,student orientation,regular teaching,feedback correction,summative evaluation and other aspects.Bloom believes that as long as the students of normal intelligence,after certain sufficient time,all students can achieve the level of mastery,which requires teachers to focus on students’ learning feedback at school and after-school,and pays much more attention to feedback correction strategy.After timely feedback,if the student feedback is not ideal,the teacher should take the feedback results for the correction strategy,after correction on the test,the test may reach a level of mastery,if the test is still not satisfying,the teacher should explain the correction,and repeat the cycle,until the student achieves the acknowledge.In the five grade,the author finds that it is difficult for the students to master the elementary school mathematics conversion strategy.On the chance to know the theory of mastery learning,I think that it may have more effects on teaching,if I put this theory on the conversion strategy.Before carrying out this teaching research,I made a thorough study of the overall level of students,and found that the quality of children’s learning in rural schools needed to be improved,and the students in the class had a trend of polarization.Before teaching,I not only studied the textbook of the conversion strategy carefully,but also looked at the previous texts for the transformation of strategy teaching by means of what kind of way they used and its teaching effects for reference.Then,I sorted out the detailed implementation of the theory of learning,and the general framework of applying it to the teaching of transformation strategy has been formed in the mind.It should do a diagnostic test to students first,the test for students’ prior knowledge to learning this unit has a specific orientation,and then teacher ’s conventional teaching in the classroom teaching should pay attention to timely questions,works and other ways to get students’ mastery of specific learning.Then the teacher must put the correction strategy on students’ mastery of the knowledge.Finally,a summary evaluation of the mastery learning theory should be applied in comprehensive evaluation.In the teaching study of mastering the learning theory to the transformation strategy of grade five,we can see from the analysis of the final effect that it is still useful.Under this theory,every student with normal intelligence has reached the level of mastery. |
