In nowadays under the condition of pushing quality education ail-roundly, educational reform has obtained excellent achievements. However, as we all known, there are a lot of problems in education fields, among which the most important is that the subject of students has not been played fully, and students lack of the consciousness of cooperating and initiative.The curriculum criterion of Biology in ordinary senior high school sparkplugs the learning mode of independence, cooperation and exploring. Currently, the emphasis of curriculum reform is to make the students change their learning mode. American scholar, T. R. Guskey had brought up the theory of Cooperative-Mastery-Learning, and had succeeded in many instructional tests.Nowadays, the reality of biology teaching in senior high school thinks that Cooperative-Mastery-Learning can adopt this kind of instructional strategy that teachers and students use cooperative group as main organization form to intervene class teaching. It is this kind of teaching mode that two kinds of effective teaching theory of Cooperative Learning and Mastery Learning combine successfully.
