For the everlasting fortune of our nation,education is the foundation.The same is true that for the everlasting fortune of education,teacher is the foundation.A team of teachers with strong practical skills and high professional quality is the guarantee of stable,healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.According to the requirements of professionalism and practicality,the secondary vocational school teachers practicing in enterprises is one of the most effective way to improve their professional practice skills and construct a teacher team with comprehensive expertise.Since the Ministry of Education issued The Opinion on Establishing Enterprise Practice System for Secondary Vocational School Teachers in 2006,fully realizing the importance of the system,relevant documents and policies have been formulated and issued.In October 2015,the Ministry of Education revised the Regulations on Vocational School Teachers Enterprise Practice(try out),the realization of the significance of enterprise practice for vocational teachers has risen to a new height.In the backdrop of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the practice work of vocational school teachers in enterprises is flourishing and has obtained certain achievements.However,at the same time,some problems also surfaced which hindered the effectiveness of teachers enterprise practice.In this study,the author,on the basis of existing literature,defines the core concept of secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice,and analyzes the theoretical basis of teachers enterprise practice.The author investigated and studied the current situation of teachers enterprise practice in some of secondary vocational school in Qingdao,and on the premise of combining the practical situation in Qingdao,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice from multiple perspectives.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduced the reason for selecting the topic,the significance of the study,study status at home and abroad and the study methods,and defined the core concepts.The second part,on the basis of existing literature,analyzed the theoretical basis of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice.The third part,through the field survey,and using methods such as questionnaire investigation and interview,presented the status quo of teachers’ enterprise practice in five vocational schools in Qingdao in the form of data,and summarized and analyzed the current problems of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice in Qingdao.The fourth part mainly analyzed the cause of the problems existing in secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice in Qingdao on the basis of former chapters,especially in the premise of understanding the current implementation and progress of secondary vocational school teachers’ enterprise practice in Qingdao.The fifth part put forward targeted guidance countermeasures and suggestions,an alyzed the influence factors of secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice,prop osed counter measures from the four perspectivesofgovernment,enterprises,schools,t eachers.Among them,the government should perfect the policies and regulations that safeguard teachers’ enterprise practice,establish asystematic supporting system;secon-dary vocational schools should create conditions that ensure the smooth implementati on of the teachers’ enterprise practice;establish deep and close cooperation between e nterprisesandschools,and arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises;teachers should set up the professional development ideas and correct their attitude.
