Entering a new era,the high-quality development of vocational education is advancing in an all-round and full-speed manner.High-level secondary vocational teachers are an important cornerstone for the high-quality development of secondary vocational education.Teachers’ enterprise practice is a key measure to improve the professional practice ability of secondary vocational teachers and strengthen the construction of “academic and practical teachers” in secondary vocational schools.Existing academic studies have focused on the the macro-level aspects such as implementation status,institutional construction,model design,experience summarization,and comparative research of secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research on the micro-level of secondary vocational teachers,and relatively few studies from the perspective of relevant theories.The research methods are mostly quantitative research,less qualitative research.Guided by the theory of transformative learning,this research explores the problems of secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice by combining point-to-face,quantitative research and qualitative research,aiming to propose countermeasures for the current difficulties in secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice.Transformative learning takes triggering events as the starting point,critical reflection as the core,and development as the goal,which means that learners form more discerning,integrated,open and new meaning perspectives in a new context by constantly questioning and criticizing the original meaning structures,so as to achieve their own development.For secondary vocational teachers,entering enterprise to practice as adult learners is a brand new challenge,which may make them fall into an experience dilemma,and enterprise practice has become a “triggering event” for transformative learning.The addition of transformative learning theory can open a new perspective for the research on problems of secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice.Literature research,investigation and case study are the basic research methods in this study.Using the method of literature research,the current research status of transformative learning and secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice is summarized in detail,the theory of transformative learning is explained,and the applicability of transformative learning theory to this study is discussed.A surface research on secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice by means of investigation: On the one hand,according to the geographical location of schools(urban,county),combined with the school level(provincial model schools,provincial standard schools),328 professional course teachers from 5 secondary vocational schools are selected to conduct questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire data are statistically analyzed.On the other hand,one-to-one semi-structured interviews are conducted with 17 relevant personnel,including teachers who have participated in enterprise practice,managers in secondary vocational schools in charge of teachers’ enterprise practice and managers in enterprises in charge of teachers’ enterprise practice.The interview texts were imported into Nvivo11 for step-by-step coding processing and analysis.A point study on secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice by means of case study: Based on the early stage of the seven secondary professional course teachers’ enterprise practice experience of investigation and interview,to determine a secondary vocational teachers in-depth study as a case,according to the different ways in the series of theme events described secondary vocational teacher J’s enterprise practice experience,from the perspective of meaning transformation and transformation of learning conditions for secondary vocational teacher J’s enterprise practice process are analyzed.Founded on the results of investigation and case study,this thesis explores the problems performance,problems attribution and optimization strategies of secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice from the perspective of transformative learning theory.This research finds that there are the following problems in the secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice: secondary vocational teachers do not make good use of the opportunity of transformative learning,secondary vocational schools do not provide strong support for transformative learning,and enterprises do not create a suitable environment for transformative learning.In order to better solve the above problems,attribution analysis is carried out from four levels of policy,school,enterprise and teacher,and optimization strategies are proposed: First of all,it is important to create good external conditions for secondary vocational teachers’ enterprise practice,including perfecting the policy guarantee,perfecting school system and creating good enterprise conditions.Secondly,it is necessary to improve the transformative learning awareness and ability of secondary vocational teachers,such as actively changing roles and making good use of trigger events——teachers’ enterprise practice;strengthening critical reflection,rational use of experience;integrating meaning viewpoint,and realizing enterprise practice achievement transformation.
