Abstract/Summary:
With the gradual development of vocational education and the continuous deepening of school-enterprise cooperation,the society puts forward new requirements for the quality of talents trained in vocational schools.The State Council also pointed out that we should improve the management system of teachers in vocational schools,and further improve the assessment and evaluation system of teachers.Therefore,in response to the national policy,vocational colleges all over the country attach great importance to the cultivation of the practical ability of “double-qualified” teachers,and begin to pay attention to the establishment of relevant assessment and evaluation mechanism.But at present,there are still some problems in the identification and evaluation of “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools.The first is that the recognition standard of “double-qualified”teachers is not unified and the evaluation system is not perfect.The second is that the evaluation lacks pertinence and ignores the evaluation to the practical professional characteristics of “double-qualified” teachers.The third is that the participation of enterprise in the evaluation of “double-qualified” teachers is not enough and the school-enterprise cooperation is not deep enough.First of all,this paper systematically summarizes the research status at home and abroad.On the basis of clarifying the concepts of “double-qualified” teachers,teacher evaluation,school-enterprise cooperation,it expounds the theoretical basis of “double-qualified”teachers evaluation from the aspects of evaluation theory,incentive strengthening theory and demand level theory.According to the professional attributes of the “double-qualified”teachers in the secondary vocational school,this paper summarizes the targeted evaluation principles.Secondly,taking some secondary vocational schools in Changsha as the specific research object,combined with the actual problems reflected in the “double-qualified”teachers evaluation questionnaire such as the fuzzy concept,the imperfect evaluation index system,the lack of incentive mechanism and the lack of “double-qualified” teachers’ evaluation system under the school-enterprise cooperation.The paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the “double-qualified” teachers evaluation.Finally,from the aspects of the establishment of the evaluation concept,the construction of the evaluation index system,the improvement of the incentive mechanism and the practical approach and policy guarantee for the enterprises to participate in the evaluation,we can carry out the targeted evaluation of the “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools,so as to effectively promote the development of the “double-qualified” teachers in secondary vocational schools through the evaluation.It provides the secondary vocational schools with effective implementation methods to better manage double-qualified teachers,promote professional development of “double-qualified” teachers and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation.
