As a post-graduate education of undergraduate train senior professionals of education, to build "elite education" to "mass education" bridge, play a key role .The quality of graduate education is not only an important symbol of scientific research quality and innovation ability, but also determines the ability and level of future economic and technological development of the country. As a subordinate of postgraduate education, graduate students are an independent level of higher education, and their quality is related to the overall development of graduate education and even higher education.China in just a few dozen to complete the "elite education" to "popular education"era of change, however, the expansion of the number of education will inevitably bring about the quality of education problems, but also attracted wide attention from all sectors of society. National revitalization, education-oriented, and quality is the survival and development of education lifeline, directly related to the sustainable development of graduate education. China has entered the stage of higher education popularization, how to develop elite education in the context of the popularization of higher education is a difficult and complex subject. At present, how to improve the quality of postgraduates education, strengthen quality management has become the top priority of the development of postgraduate education. This study analyzes the status of education and education of postgraduates in Shandong province from the perspective of empirical statistical analysis, and then explores the strategies to improve the quality of postgraduates' education in China.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the basic concepts of the quality of postgraduate education in China, defines the related concepts of educational quality, analyzes the relevant research at home and abroad, clarifies the significance of improving the quality of postgraduate education, And summarizes the research focus and scope for the thesis writing.In the second part, through the questionnaire survey, using SPSS 17.0 data analysis software, combined with the case of in-depth interviews, the quality of postgraduate education in Shandong Province, the quality of empirical analysis. This paper further analyzes the existing problems of the quality of postgraduates' education in China from the external conditions of the postgraduates, the process of school cultivation and the master's degree.The third part, from the perspective of the state and society, the perspective of school education and training, as well as the perspective of individual graduate students to analyze the causes of the problems in the quality of postgraduates'education and to explain them one by one.The fourth part puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the quality of postgraduates and improving the quality of postgraduates' education, which is the focus of the thesis. On the basis of the previous research, we put forward a series of improvement suggestions for the corresponding problems,hoping to make a modest contribution to the quality of postgraduate education in our country.
