Study On The Scientific Research Ability And It's Influencing Factors Of Master Degree Candidates Of Education

As an important part of graduate education, master degree candidates of education is an important force to promote the development of education in China. It's significance to clarify the status and influencing factors for personnel training and promoting a thriving development of education science.The study surveyed about two hundred master degree candidates of education, which are from four subordinate universities in WuHan. Based on the research methods of frequency analysis, analysis of variance, it stress-tested the relationship between the scientific research ability of graduates and the all fectors of objective and subjective aspects. It drew the following conclusions:(1) Most of the graduates' scientific research ability in the medium and low levels while high-level few in number on the whole, and there has a great inter-individual difference.(2) In personal background, men has advantages in the overall scientific research ability, scientific research basics, essay writing knowledge and practical ability dimensions; different age-groups differ in dimensions of scientific practical ability, and with age growth, ability higher; graduated from different types of university, there have significantly different in total research capacity and essay writing knowledge dimensions and "985" college students' ability is higher than the other two types; different undergraduate disciplines, there are significant differences in the level of practical ability.(3) In the cognitive, different motives in the presence have significant differences in the dimensions of practical ability and scientific research innovation.(4) In the research environment, different schools have significantly different in terms of research and innovation capability.(5) In research courses, different curriculum evaluation exists significant differences in the scientific research basics and practical ability dimensions.(6) In tutor, received different times result significantly different levle in the total capacity, scientific research basics and scientific innovationcapability.According to the analysis, the study presents the following recommendations to building the graduate research ability:(1) to focus on training the research ability of undergraduate and graduate students of non-education background;(2) to correct the motivation of graduate study, make a good career planning;(3) to develop a research program to improve the efficiency of scientific research;(4) to build a good research environment;(5) to reform the scientific research programs, improve the satisfaction;(6)to take the initiative, and strive to improve the research ability.
