Since entering the new century,with the popularization of higher education to move forward,our institutions of higher education graduate student enrollment is also growing.Master scale expansion,of course,conform to China's economic and social development of high-level professionals in the growing demand in the positive sense,should be affirmed.However, in the master's graduate student cultivate expanding the time scale,but also cultivate a number of shows in question,which required the attention and concern.Among them,the graduate student's employment is becoming difficult is an undisputed fact,dozens of Master's graduate student competition in the university campus counselor positions are no longer something new.Under the job market downturn environment in our country, Master students who should serve as "academic type" talents have to "downgrade the use of them? More graduates entered industry which required "application type" talent.However, cultivate "academic type" talent is still a major objective in our country抯master cultivate.Master's graduate student wants to enter the practice areas often encountered dilemma, and even eventually reduced to an "employment marginal people ".The research of educational anthropology in China's mainland began rather late,in early 80's of 20th century,research of minority education which focuses on different cultures and intercultural education is considered as the beginning.In the late 20th80抯,scholars in China抯 mainland began to introduce western education anthropological theory, including the dissemination of educational anthropology's basic idea and essential concepts.Since 20th90抯,Chinese Anthropology of Education won the initial development,many western scholars began to attempt to develop an integrated theory of anthropological to study the development of China抯 education,they also attempt to construct the theoretical system of Chinese Anthropology of Education by conduct a lots of useful experiment.Anthropology of Education is a human study subjects. Whether philosophical-orientation Anthropology of Education or cultural-orientation educational anthropology "the two can not be separated from the extensive and in-depth observation and debate of the essence of education,human nature,and concepts and behavioral of education." This study used Narrative Research to show case studies,by describing the author抯 Master's phase of learning experiences at the Central University for Nationalities,then reflect on the basis of the feelings and experience of the author.Finally,the author is trying to do some tentative explorations on cultivate models and mechanisms for the Educational Anthropology graduate student in our country.
