The kindergarten teacher handmade class is an important professional course in preschool teacher curriculum,manual learning will be engaged in preschool education for students to lay a good foundation.and improve children 's ability to develop active exploration?cultivate image and logical thinking and stimulate creative consciousness.It will furtherance child to overcome difficulties,seriously adhere to and independent of good quality.Preschool teacher is early childhood teachers' pre-service education,thus making seminar in preschool teacher education has important practical significance.In recent years,the professional teaching of the vocational school teachers has been paid more and more attention,and the requirements of the preschool education institutions are more diversified.For many years,the author found that there are some problems in the teaching methods,such as the single teaching method,the teaching resources are not scientifically integrated,the teaching content and the job demand are out of line.In the face of preschool art skills employment requirements increase,how to effectively improve the teaching quality of teachers professional manual,has become the focus of preschool education professional art teachers should be thinking,so as to objectively analyze the current status quo,to actively explore new and diverse curriculum effective teaching reform measures.The manual is one of the main skills teachers,but also shoulder the responsibility to enhance teachers occupation accomplishment,therefore,to explore teachers manual curriculum reform at the same time,teachers also increased essential technical ability and occupation accomplishment.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part describes the background,research significance and research status at home and abroad;The first chapter is the theoretical basis of related research on Handmade kindergarten curriculum,including the concept of kindergarten teachers and occupation accomplishment,the importance of research in preschool education is handmade,finally manual training requirement analysis for students' ability;The second chapter takes Qingdao Chengyang vocational school as an example,the status quo of fine handicraft course are analyzed,including the analysis of the present situation and the status of teaching resources set manual course summary,finally through the way of questionnaire to prove;The third chapter is the main content of this paper,aiming at the existing problems of the kindergarten curriculum manual,put forward the corresponding countermeasures of practice,to explore the construction of teachers Handmade courses,including the preparation of curriculum standard setting,teaching goal,teaching content and teaching practice research;The fourth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the difficulties in the process of the research and exploration of the manual course.Finally,the paper explores the feasibility of the construction of the kindergarten curriculum.
