At present,with the continuous development of society and technology,the definition of health is more and more rigorous and prudent for people.WHO for the definition of health is no disease,no weakness,and to maintain perfect state of the people in the physical,psychological and social.The constitution,which is the quality of human body,is manifested in the base of characteristics of genetic and the human body acquirement on the morphological structure,physiological function and psychological factors of comprehensive and relatively stable,owing to multiple factors,including genetic,nutrition and physical exercise,which are the important factors affecting the level of physical fitness.Physical health is an important topic that human increasingly pay close attention to,for the students' physical health is the foundation of a nation,related to the rising and falling of the whole country.Therefore,the physical exercise of our students is an effective way to improve physical health.According to the research,in addition to the normal curriculum teaching,extracurricular sports activities have a great influence on the improvement of students' physical health level.For this reason,it is necessary to carry out a detailed study on the relationship between physical exercise and physical health of students after school.This study takes the physical health status of primary school students as the research object,It reflects the relation between physical activities and the health of pupils.The school students in grade 2013 in Xi'an,Weibin,were investigated for three years in school,and the relationship between physical exercise and physical health,Results show:1)The effective way to improve the health level of the students in Xi'an Weibin school is to carry out the sports activities.2013 students were randomly divided into three natural classes,At the same time to accept the same school physical education,In the sports activities,Select sports items in class,and specify specific activities,Led by the teacher in charge of the selection of the appropriate class of sports,to the designated location by the teacher to arrange specific activities of students,three classes were selected to carry out the activities of different training activities,The specific time for a big recess is second hours a day,after training for up to 1 hour.2)In 2013,after the three classes of students enrolled in school physical exercise,the physical quality of the students has improved significantly,and there are obvious differences between the three classes.Specific performance: in addition to the impact of natural growth,the students in class 2,after physical exercise,the total scores of the physical health level through the analysis was significantly higher than class 1 and class 3.Specifically,from the body shape index,the height,weight and BMI of the students in the three classes who enrolled in 2013,have no significant differences,no significant increase,that is to say,the students participate in after-school physical exercise on body shape index is not significant.From the body function index,in the first two years of the school sports exercise,the FVC of the three classes had no difference,but through the analysis on the test data of the third year,the 2 class is significantly better than the other two FVC value classes.From the physical quality index,after the students to participate in school physical exercise,physical health level are improved,both speed and endurance have improved,more significant is the analysis in the physical quality of the data of the 2 class,the quality was significantly higher than the other two classes.In addition,the longitudinal comparing analysis shows that the class 2 students in school physical exercise,physical health level of growth is the largest.In addition,the longitudinal contrast analysis shows that the 2 classes of students in school physical exercise,physical health level of growth is the largest.3)Through the exercise of school physical education,students' physical health level has been improved in varying degrees,the form of school physical exercise and the relevant policies adopted by the school have a great relationship with the promotion of the students' achievement.He students of class 2 who are in the selection of activities in the form of recess,are different from class 1 and class 3,as follows: since the enrollment of the students in 2013,the students of class 2 has been practicing single sport event for three years,practice is relatively complete on the project,and have more systematic practice providing a good basis based on students' learning;while the other two classes,since admission,in order to meet the students' strong curiosity and the all-round development of students,each semester,they would choose a learning project practice,every time was starting from the basis of teaching.Therefore,insistence on Taekwondo is better than changing sports exercise from the comparison.
