"In order to each student's development" is the core idea in the 8th curriculum reformation on elementary education, which needs change the old education evaluation system that focused more on "discrimination and selection" to the new one that focuses on the development of students. The three goals in studying that were brought forward in the 8th curriculum reformation on elementary education are "knowledge and skill","process and method" and "motion, attitude and sense of worth",that build up the aim of education evaluation in this new curriculum reformation over again. In our country,the secondary vocational mathematics teaching assessment based on the information technology environment is still a relatively new research. In this study ,on the basis of in-depth understanding of the essence the eighth basic education curriculum reform and dialectical understanding evaluation ideology and method, emphatically for the performance assessment which is also a qualitative evaluation method ,use action research method on the feasibility analysis application in the study of secondary vocational math teaching evaluation under the environment of information technology,use information technology to build a "secondary vocational math teaching evaluation network platform" (hereinafter referred to as "evaluation platform"). Through the application of evaluation of network platform, confirm the evaluation network platform can provides a practical protection,performance assessment for secondary vocational teachers of mathematics to better cultivate and promote students'mathematical literacy curriculum goals, at the same time also can promote the students'information literacy.This research with the support of evaluation of network platform in the experimental school of teaching practice, the practice shows that evaluation of network platform to complement the lack of teachers in classroom teaching interaction,highlighting the subject status of students in the learning process, promoting the improvement of the students learning interest in mathematics. Complete the study mathematics of the students from the classroom to the after-school extension, and to some degree guarantee the student's mathematical knowledge generated personalization. This paper has made a beneficial attempt to evaluate the reform of secondary vocational mathematics teaching.
