With the advent of the information era,the reform of the field of education in the21stcentury is aroused more and more attention.New technology generation andapplication of educational technology are drawing much attention. EducationalTechnology professionals are facing with great opportunities for development, butalso facing many problems and challenges. Educational Technology already has acertain status, and different characteristics in the Educational Technology course. Theperformance of the controversial technology draw more and more researchers’attention.The idea of this study is to learn from instructional design evaluation theory andresearch on the basis of the construction of the idea and design of the teachingevaluation system, this teaching evaluation system aims to evaluate the constructionand operation of the system platform.The article introduces the research status of the evaluation direction in the EPSSteaching design at home and abroad, Evaluation based on the EPSS instructionaldesign, Related in-depth introduction of electronic performance system, The meaningand significance of the evaluation of instructional design, Of cases in the evaluationsystem based on the EPSS.
