Social Work Institutions Participate In The Study Of Community Pensions

This study investigated the practical problem in the process of the social work organization participating in community pension services based on the form of personal case ,and analyzes the causes of the problem, summarizes Social work institutions in response ,expect to provide operational advice for social work institutions participating in the community pension services.The study found that social work organization in community pension service had four actual aspects, director of low participation rate, volunteer team difficult construction, limited resource links and external cooperation coordination difficulties.Causes of these problems are: (1) social work organization neglect of the particularity of the elderly services;(2) the lack of scientificity in the volunteer team establishment and management;(3) the lack of effective communication in social work organization external systems;(4)the lack of policy support, etc.This paper argues that social work organization in the process of community endowment service needs efforts from the following four aspects: (1) based on local,adjust measures to local conditions, and get involved in the tactic unstandardized operation;(1) based on elderly demand, pay attention to individual life, pay attention to the interests and needs for service object;(3) based on community, mutual benefit and multilateral communication to promote participation;(4) based on science to perfect the institutions and their own construction.Community is a big system, social work agencies involved must face multiple adjustment of relationship and multiple roles of adaptation.In practice, on the one hand a social worker organizations need to pay attention to their own professional service skills, on the other hand he also should link with practice, localize the way of work, coordinate the relationship between the parties, t participate in community pension more positive and effective. Social work institutions must be fully realized the specific difficulties when participating in community pension service produced,control it timely, regard it as the chance that can promote social work institutions to participate in community pension patterns of standardization and localization gradually, and finally promote community pension service system towards maturity.
