A Practical Study On Social Work Intervention In Rural Community Self-organizing Cultivation

Rural revitalization strategy implementation process,proposed to establish and improve the modern rural social governance system in our country and autonomous rule of virtue of combining the rural social management system,and makes the work sharing the new pattern of rural social governance,promoting rural social governance center of gravity to grassroots down,support and standardize and guide the rural community self-organizing development.In this context,social work involvement in the cultivation of rural community self-organization has strong practical significance.Based on the theory of self-organization process and asset-based theory,this paper conducts a case study on the cultivation of Y community service-oriented cooperative.Social workers abandon the traditional "problem-oriented" community development theory,but from the inner assets of the community,through the realization of five key elements of breeding,seeds,seedlings,saplings and trees,to cultivate a rural community self-organization.Through participatory observation,semi-structured interview,questionnaire and other data collection methods to summarize the practical process and internal logic of social work to cultivate service-oriented cooperatives.This paper evaluates the cultivation stage of service-oriented cooperatives by constructing dual evaluation indicators of key elements of community self-organization ability and operation stage,and summarizes the cultivation effectiveness.At the same time,the study found that problems in cultivating theoretical methods,the quality of the social work team,the internal and external motivation of the organization,and the ability to continue to develop hinder the cultivation of social work intervention service cooperatives.Based on this,this paper attempts to ensure the healthy development of rural communities’ self-organization from the aspects of doing a good job in the top-level design of the organization,enhancing the internal motivation of the organization,improving the quality and efficiency of capacity building,consolidating the ability of sustainable development and stimulating the external motivation of the organization.
