Practical Research On The Social Work Involved In The Construction Of Rural Communities In Poverty-stricken Areas

With the development of rural society,community construction has emerged as a novel form of community development,and its demand has also shown an increasing trend with the acceleration of the development of rural construction in China.At present,community building has become an important method for rural social development,rural affairs management and rural economic construction in China,and it also promotes the development of rural society,economy,culture and politics to a certain extent.However,because many areas are developing communities,they ignore social factors and the needs of community residents,neglect the scientific laws of rural communities and the actual development characteristics of specific rural areas,which leads to the lack of social work intervention in the process of community development.On the one hand,social work is less involved,and on the other hand,it is mainly passive participation.It cannot form an effective incentive mechanism,which greatly restricts the coordinated development of community construction and rural society.Therefore,the problem of social work involved in community construction has increasingly become a domestic community.Developing hotspots in academic research.The author takes the community construction of Pengpo Village as the research object,and under the guidance of the background and guidelines of social governance,combined with the current actual situation of Pengpo Village,studies and analyzes the current difficulties and problems in the community construction of Pengpo Village,and finds that the rural community is in the infrastructure.There are shortcomings in construction,economic development,health care and other aspects.In addition,the aging of the population and the brain drain in remote areas have led to a lack of vitality in the community.To explore the rural community building model,we need to visit the field and collect data,scientifically formulate implementation plans,and social work organizations focus on exploring community resources,building suitable resources,and working together to build communities.Through the theoretical andsocial work intervention case study in this paper,it provides a scientific method and specific help for the community construction of Pengpo Village to a certain extent.From the perspective of effectiveness,the development of the project has improved the infrastructure of the community,improved the income level,and achieved success in self-organization and construction of the community,which greatly promoted the vitality of the community and was well received by the local government and community residents.The development of this project can promote the relevant experience of social work involved in rural communities,better promote the construction,construction and development of rural communities in China,promote the poverty alleviation in rural poverty areas in China and the continuous progress of the new rural undertakings.
